We arrived at 1:00 am after booking the room at the last minute (for USD 300) because of flight cancellations. The first room we were given was dirty, had dust everywhere, paint spots all over. It's a new hotel and it is obvious they're still working on the building. The hallways, outside doors, pretty much everything is covered with paint stains and dust. By the time we got a new room was two in the morning. The person checking us in gave us the room breakfast times. I managed to make it to breakfast - very mediocre. The cleaning staff are very loud while cleaning in the morning (not sure what they're vacuuming since the carpeting was dirty). For the absurd price of a 5* hotel, it was the most miserable few hours of sleep we've gotten.

Property was great, lots of parking outside. In the back of building there is only 5 parking. But felt unsafe parking in the streets. Other than that place was very clean and organized. Employees are so sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

The rooms were clean when we checked in but limited cleaning when they did the daily cleaning. 4 people checked in but they only provided towels for 2 people, had to keep going to front desk each day for additional towels. House keeping did not provide additional toilet paper went to front desk at 5 am when I saw it was running low, man at desk was rude said housekeeping replaced the day before even though I told him they didn’t, then he said he didn’t have any behind the desk and and said to come back at 8 they would have some, I was beyond pissed. But the man at the desk bought some to my room about 10 minutes later.
