Was very surprised to find the hotel charging for coffee in the lobby. Every place else I've been to, coffee in the lobby was already part of the package.
Like most hotels, they’re adapting to a COVID world. Housekeeping is upon request, or after six days, but they were very responsive to a request from us for fresh towels or to get rid of room trash (most helpful when traveling with a toddler). Being next to 390 made it easy to get to, but even with that proximity, the hotel was quiet.
Hot tub wasn’t clean. Was brown colored. Under bed in room was full of trash and old food. Bed falling apart at frame.
Nice moden hotel. Room had red splatter on wall by the tv. Only one sheet block you from the bedding that doesn't get cleaned. Pool & hot tub we very dirty. 2nd day hot tub was closed. Floors in pool area need to be cleaned more frequently. For limited use & closure because of covid I expected it to be cleaned more thoroughly.
It smelled like weed and not what I expected no work out room and was not that clean

The tub was a step in, not walk in and there were not enough hand holds. There was no safe in the room.
Pleasant hotel near the airport and easy access to the lake
We needed a place to stay because our flight was delayed until the next day and the room was available. We enjoyed the comfort and the space was adequate.
The advertisements that it’s near the airport is not true. The drive is at least 20 minutes from the airport. If it’s traffic, the drive is longer than 20 minutes. The staff from the restaurant are friendly!
This Marriott is behind the times.... thought it was incredibly cheap to not have complimentary coffee in the lobby! If you wanted to good, strong cup of coffee, it was $2.50 in the lobby. VERY stingy!!! For a one night's stay that was $160, to not give guests coffee in the lobby was much too much for me!!! (They did have the econ-coffee maker and coffee in the room, but in order to have a good cup of java, you have to have better equipment!!! This penny pinching made me want to run to the nearest Hampton Inn!

We stayed here with friends before a flight out of the Rochester airport. Unfortunately we could not use their free shuttle as it does not start till 5:30 a.m., and had to pay $30 for a taxi to take us. The hotel does not pay if you have to leave earlier like some do. We also were not able to have the free breakfast. However the rooms, beds and showers were great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
