Room was dirty, asked housekeeping to remake beds (found hair and other unidentifiable items, very wrinkled, looked slept in) and seemed disgruntled by request. Bathroom full of previous guests hair. Suggestion would be, better care and time to clean and vacuum guest rooms should be taken. Pool was ...
Although the staff was very pleasant, and the general appearance of the hotel seem clean and well kept, we did not enjoy our stay. I wish bed was bigger Ask for 2 double beds. I got 1 king instead.
Hotel is clean and very nice stuff. . Good location
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel was under construction (debris in the lobby/front desk area) and had to go down a floor and search for ice, BUT the desk staff was very nice!!! Had trouble finding the entrance -airport roads had some signage but not too clear- especially at night. You have to go towards Arrivals but stay to the left. I missed it the first time and had to go around the airport again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so quiet, clean and pleasant. The restaurant in the lobby is terrific, and the room was so comfortable! It's in a great central location, too. I would definitely stay there again!
