I have stayed at this Microtel location many times over the last ten years when I am visiting family that reside in the area, particularly if it a brief visit (2 or 3 days). This Microtel is perfectly adequate for that. If one can afford it, I don’t feel that I can recommend it for longer stays and you would better off at one of the other area hotels that have larger rooms and more amenities. Again, for a stay of a day or two, it’s good.

Sound insulation is bad. Even your next door neighbor normal talking seems like they are in your room. Noisy doors slamming. You can hear foot steps above you. Staff is extremely pleasant, professional.

The staff at this place was awesome. Bill was very nice and helpful. My step dad didn’t know how to tie his tie so he asked someone there for helo and the staff went out of their way to try to help us. We figured it out eventually with a Tik tok video but they were all awesome. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great. We stayed for one night but it was really nice. Thanks to everyone there. They do a great job.

Okay stay, pleasant staff
I had 2 rooms during my stay. The first room was comfortable, but the hot water was scalding and i was unable to adjust it to a comfortable level. Also the TV fritzed out and wouldn't work. They moved me to a second room with no problem. The second room had better pillows and better water temps. They could use more water pressure in the showers. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Okay for a night. Showing some wear and tear. Doors latched but seemed a little loose., strong air freshener scent throughout building and rooms not well insulated—could hear people next door talking and tv. Also close to interstate so traffic noise.

It was fine. There definitely needed to be more light in the room. Brighter bulbs would have been a big plus!! It snowed during the night, but there had been no attempt to remove the snow or to treat it.

THis hotel was clean, friendly and helpful. I was able to stay there with my dog. It was very convenient, right off the highway and there was a choice of restaurants near by.

We liked am breakfast with Bill happy to assist us ,greet us & just plain friendly . Front desk gents on check in & out aimed to please . Only complaint is …our room was to be for disability but was barely that way . With disability one key feature should be a taller toilet seat . There was no grab bar in the shower at the far end to help me out of the shower . The grab bar in 123 room was at the opposite end . One does not step out of the tub to the toilet.
