Best Western The Inn At Rochester Airport

This hotel is oriented entirely toward guests with super early airport departures. If that isn't you, you might want to pass. I was a very late arrival, so I did benefit from the nice 24-hour shuttle which literally took me just across the street from the airport -- can't beat the location! However, there wasn't a bar or restaurant and the selections in the vending machine weren't good. I was hungry and exhausted. I was afraid I would sleep through breakfast if I closed my eyes. I thought it was odd that they started serving food as early as 4:00 am, but I decided the only way to deal with this at such a late hour was to stay awake until then. So I watched a movie and went downstairs when the food came out. I am very pleased to say that I was not disappointed! The breakfast selections were hot and freshly prepared by a friendly server and there was plenty to choose from. I piled my plate with a variety of items and went to sleep until checkout time after I enjoyed my meal in my room. I don't think most travelers arriving late at night would have chosen to do what I did, so I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone. But if you have an early morning flight out of ROC, this may the perfect choice for you.

I had an interview nearby so I decided to book this hotel. Their shuttle service didn't take that long to pick me up and the hotel clerks were kind enough to call me a taxi for my interview. Breakfast and coffee were good. Not amazing but good.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left the staff were very attentive. Made us what to back there again.

Nice, clean hotel. Wish the breakfast lasted a little longer but that's it.

The hotel was nice. I went early because there was a huge snowfall predicted. Even though their van couldn't handle all of the snow that morning they took me in a personal 4 x 4 so I could catch my flight

The beds were mediocre at best, and the free breakfast was not very good at all.

We stayed as we had an early flight. Great breakfast served early enough. Shuttle service to airport and free parking while we were gone. Right across from airport.

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I was in town for an interview and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The location wasn't the greatest and the hotel isn't really big but the staff made my time here one to remember. The hotel offered shuttle to and from the airport. They also called a cab when needed. I needed to go to a store and find something for dinner and they provided shuttle to and from Walmart. I recommend this hotel for a short turn around trip. They provide excellent customer service.

Great place w hen you need to fly from Rochester airport

We only stopped for the night. Basically, just needed a place to sleep, but we were very impressed with the newness and cleanliness of the room.

The hotel was fine for a place to sleep at night. The rooms were clean. The room was a little pricey.

My wife and I could not have found a better location for our needs while in Rochester. The airport is directly across the street and my relative was within two miles. WIFI and breakfast was free plus the cost of the stay was reasonable.

Staff and amenities could not have been better. I was thrilled it was close to the airport, shopping and restaurant facilities.

A run-of-the-mill airport hotel, just across the street, perfect for a late night or very early morning flight. A good point is that they offer complimentary breakfast starting at 4 AM! Not so good is that the room had some stained furniture. But otherwise the room was comfortable and quiet. They have an odd parking lot that looks to be set up for valet parking (you can park in a way that prevents other people from leaving their spaces), but the cheerful desk clerk admitted she had no idea how parking was supposed to work – just park anywhere. Overall, I was not disappointed with the value received.

This hotel was a good value. My only complaint would be breakfast. Included was a so called hot breakfast which was a decent continental breakfast with one hot choice. The space was extremely small for the amount of people being served.

I was pleased with this hotel. Great shuttle service!

With a new renovation recently done to this hotel, I was really hopeful. But then the sloppy job showed in the details. A broken falling apart lamp, paint splashed on the tiles in the bathroom, thin walls where I could hear kids screaming all morning in spainish (and couldn't sleep). The thing that irked me the most was that for $80 a night I couldn't have my own microwave in the room. Staff didn't care when approached. If you want a cheap place for ONE night, it's fine. Otherwise pass it up.

good location for visiting Gates area. The free breakfast was good and adequate.

It works for a night if you have an early flight the next morning.

I was put in a smoking room (I think I failed to request non-smoking) and it definitely smelled of smoke. The hotel gladly exchanged my room upon request. The staff was excellent and friendly!!
