The breakfast felt like something was missing but it was good. The semi-frequent sound of airplanes overhead was hard to miss while I was awake but wasn't an issue while I slept. There was plenty of space for parking. The room was nice, but my room's hair dryer didn't work. This wasn't a big deal for me so I didn't bring it up with the staff, but I feel confident that they would've accounted for this if I mentioned it. Check-in and check-out were both seamless.

While the staff was great and welcoming, the condition of the rooms isn’t great, even given the price. Light bulbs out, corners of bathroom dirty, leaky faucets, pipes that whine when you shower, and towels so thin it’s ridiculous. The location is great as it is literally next to the airport though. A thorough cleaning of bathrooms and a slight upgrade to towels would make it a better value.

My flight was delayed overnight, so conveniently there was still one room available at this Best Western. The shuttle from the Rochester airport was quick and easy, but once we got to the hotel, the experience went downhill. Their system was down so there were no room keys and any time I needed to leave my room, i had to ask the front desk to open my door. All the vending machines were broken and there was no food or water bottles available. The shuttle driver/receptionist gave me a sprite, which was appreciated, but that combined with the room having multiple stains on everything and being on the dirtier side, is definitely overpriced for what they are able to offer. A place to stay in case of an emergency, but do not recommend staying here if you have the option to stay somewhere else.

Coffee bar is awesome lots and lots of choices! Night front office staff was so nice and personable. Now the room was one of the cleanest we'll put together rooms I have ever stayed at.

The place smells and is unkempt. Sink was dirty with toothpaste and someone’s facial hair. The shower also had a lot of hair by the drain. The best was not made property nor were the sheets clean. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If it’s one night stay in the airport. If more find somewhere else.

We came into town late at night without reservation, after walking out of the lobby of other 2 star hotel due to cleanliness, we arrived at BW and decided to stay the night. It's an older hotel and shows It's age, but the way is maintained it makes up for it. From the room, through lobby all the way through the breakfast area everything shines! Even waffle maker was clean and caked up batter free. The staff was courteous and very pleasant. I will be back.
