Very clean and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable and place is quiet. Conveniently located. Area in lobby is limited to grab and go items, but is offered 24/7 and free: includes coffee, tea assortments, hot cocoa and multiple juices, plus water. Friendly staff. Bathroom is small, but if only staying a few days, its doable. Waterfall showerhead was really a nice touch, though. Would stay again.

Parking was great. Plenty of space to park around the property. The room looks great when you first walk in, but while getting ready for bed my wife saw a silverfish crawling on the top of the table where you would lay your luggage down and we have a video of it and the edge of that same area was damaged when we walked in, poorly taped together as an easy fix. It was very dusty on the headboard and there were spiderwebs around the AC unit. It was nice in their lobby, but the advertised 24/7 coffee wasn't provided because they were turned off, but we did have access to their snacks. Also our room key stopped working because the battery on the door drained so it was blinking red continously and we could not get into our room. They don't have front desk lobby members after 10pm so you have to call the number on their sign for any assistance and wait for someone to come from their other hotel location about a block away which is a pretty big inconvenience. Otherwise, it was an okay stay for us and our friends. Convenient location because everything we needed was within a 10 mile radius.

Was in town for a weekend event at the University of Rochester. This property was apx 15 minutes away in a great safe location. The area is quiet and the rooms were extremely clean. I stayed in a king size bedroom and it was perfect for the weekend. I would definitely stay here next time I am in town.

Hotel, lobby, hallways, room renovated modernizing an old building. Very, very clean. Snack and drink bar in lobby were a nice surprise. Bathroom is tiny but workable. Shower door doesn’t remain fully closed so unfortunately water gets on floor.
