We arrived late in the night but had a reservation. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly.
Hotel agents are rode and careless. Front desk manager is very rude and i accommodating. I booked a room that stated it included a small kitchenette. They said they offer hot plates for warming food in which did not work. Charged my card for unknown amount of 150$. I’ll never stay at this property if they are under the same management.
Just like being home. Very pleased.
It was a convenient location. It was central to every where i needed to go. It was close to the highway and there were plenty of stores in the vicinity. The room was nice and clean.
If I were staying longer the amenities would be enticing. The only negative is the proximity of the bed to the hvac unit. It woke us up everytime it switched on and blew on the bed.
The hotel's crib apparently disappeared months ago and has not been replaced.
The room was gloomy. Tile was falling off in bathroom. Shower was old and rusted. Kitchen was not full kitchen as described.

We never got a room there. We gave them the confirmation number and they said they were booked. They turned us away. You owe me a refund.
Nice room. Clean. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easy commute to the city.
The staff is amazing. Hotel was quiet room was clean no issues with my stay
Room seemed clean but common areas were not clean. Usually I’m not a clean freak but this place was not good.
Not what we expected. Pool was closed and no real breakfast neither of which was explained upon booking. The bigger issue was the crowd. People smoking weed in the front parking lot. Drunk people arguing and vomiting in the outside common area and plenty of guest walking the hallways without masks. The hotel maybe fairly new, but I would actively avoid it for any family stays.
