The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable! But the dishes were in the dishwaser when we got there and some of them were dirty. The staff was friendly. The pool was cold! The pool room was dirty. There was food and hair on the floor! I honestly dont think i would stay there again.

Property was nice, we stayed because my wife was having surgery. It was quiet and easily accessible inside. Down side was they had construction so we couldn't drive up to door or park close .

Property was quiet and easy. Toilet paper dispenser broke off and fell on my foot. Bedroom fan and light didn’t work. The biggest complaint was the landscapers outside my room at 7:45am. It sounded like lawn mower wars and engulfed the room with combustion fumes from their equipment. The manager was happy to compensate and the Hilton team got me transferred to another Hilton property that was in better shape. No chance of a landscape crew in the city as well.

Property was fine, a bit dated, but still had everything needed. Main reason I booked was pool for the kids. When we showed up the pool was closed. I guess they had an incident the night before, but was told the pool would be open within an hour. 3 days later when we checked out it still wasn't open. Every time I asked was told I have no idea what's going on, its closed. When I asked about a credit for the pool being closed was told contact Expedia.

Well...from the start is wasn't great.....They need to post that there's a $250 incidental fee...... Which is very high.....Then our first room....the dish washer was full of dishes...and half were dirty...and there was a foul smell coming from that area.....I was told I could run the dishwasher or move ....so we moved.....other than the dirty mirror in the second the room...it wasn't bad......Then during checkout....I was told I couldn't get a receipt....cause we booked through Hotels.com.....and wasn't even asked how my stay was....so would I recommend this hotel.....NO
