Good stay, friendly staff, good amenities
This little hotel was a good find. Rooms were very clean and staff attentive. They have 24 hour coffee and snacks and breakfast was hot and well stocked. Breakfast staff was on top of things. It's right off 590 too and an easy ride to downtown Rochester or back to I-90

allows bikes in the room-cycling the Erie Canal extremely helpful for those of us with frame packs and rear seat packs difficult to remove from bikes unlike panniers. Excellent restaurant choices within walking distance

I cannot recommend this property enough! It was so well taken care of, very conveniently located, and the staff was amazing! You can tell they want to make sure their customers are satisfied. I've never had a hotel provide food 24 hours a day. My 18 year old son that eats constantly was a big fan! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to any requests or questions we had. Their on site laundry was cheaper than anything we've seen in a long time. If you want a great hotel experience and a good price, this is what you are looking for!

Pleasant front desk staff. Clean and inviting room/bathroom, albeit a bit small to comfortably accommodate 2 queen beds. Evident in focal point of tv not being centered, but more so in line with the bed on the right. Lots of cable channels on tv. Sufficient lighting throughout bed/bathroom but dimmer than what I've experienced. Convenience of controlling the temperature inside the room, fridge and microwave plus "mini bar." The beds/pillows weren't as soft as I would like but comfortable enough. Sheets felt a bit stiff. Bonus was the 24 hr complimentary coffee/tea and snacks station available in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Close proximity walking/driving to other restaurants and stores (Trader Joe's, Cheesecake Factory, Wendy's, etc.).
Enjoyed my stay. I will return again.
I do about 250 hotel rooms a year. THIS STAFF WAS THE BEST EVER...UNREAL GREAT PEOPLE....UNREAL. Especially Mark who came up to knock on my door when I slept thru the wake up call....WHOLE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC...totally. Place was clean, nice, just ALL TERRIFIC. Scale of 1-10 it's 100 ALL DAY. No typo ONE HUNDRED.
Clean and efficient
Super clean, quiet and very convenient property in Rochester. Spent a long weekend with my wife and grown kids for a graduation. Perfect property in every respect will be back.
The Breakfast was poor
Staff was friendly and a good selection of snacks kept out all night. Cons:It was very noisy where the people above us you heard walking and the floor creek all night. Drain in bathtub was clogged so when you showered you were in water past your ankles.
Good location for the area I was visiting. Nothing special about property other than very clean.
