The staff was great. The room was clean. My only complaint was we had to be moved to a second room because the first room had an adjoining door to another room, and it was very loud listening to the neighboring room. But we were moved to another room with no problem.

Hotel filled with young kids and families running up and down the halls well past 11pm. Shouldn't have to call the front desk to ask them to put a stop to it. Other than that, staff was very friendly, hotel was clean. Will gladly stay here again if i know there are no hockey families here as well.

Everything was great until the manager started to argue with my 12 year old niece because she felt like my niece was being dis respectful. The correct way to handle that was to see what room we were staying in and speaking with the adults in the room but she chose to argue with a 12 yr old child. Everything else was perfect it’s just the staff that need to be changed
