Paid for luxery suite, fireplace was broken and hostess tried to tell us it was decorative only after we have stayed in this room many times. Told us the stay was free and would have manager call in the morning. Nobody called and they ran card for full price. Never going to stay here and eat again. Nice 750 loss- Strathallen and char will get my business now and referrals.
Convenient on-site parking. Restaurant and lounge/bar. The rooms were large, clean, and nice. Close to local breweries and restaurants.

I love this hotel!! I’m glad we picked out this place. Beautiful, nice staffs, great restaurant. I’m happy my daughter enjoyed it here too. We didn’t want to check out. We will be back soon!
Very upscale older styled with modern amenities. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The wallpaper in our room was striking. Two downsides to our stay however, no mini fridge in room so had to use ice. And our shower did not have hot water, which the staff accommodated us by giving us access to a second rooms shower. Which was an inconvenience but it worked. Would definitely stay here again, although the price point is a little high.
The property was it one time elegant.it’s now a bit dated, the property is for the most part well-maintained ,but there is certainly some holes in the effectiveness of the buildings and grounds staff to repair bulbs and light covers over recessed lighting and the fireplaces are a nightmare,other than that You could see how with a little sprucing this place would be quite nice.
Very friendly staff and our room was lovely and very clean. It was so nice to be in a historical building as opposed to the run of the mill box hotels downtown. The Inn on Broadway is a short walk to the convention center and across the street from the art museum. We got our exercise walking back and forth to the conference we were attending (so no need for the depressing hotel gym) and getting out in the fresh air. The Inn held our bag on check out day so we could just go back and get it after the conference was over. We will definitely go back!
Hotel is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. However, my bed was hard as a rock and I could barely sleep. Tried to make a “bed” out of pillows for more comfort. There was no counter in the bathroom and the mirror was half a foot wide in the corner. Had to hug the wall to fix my hair and makeup and everything kept falling off the small shelf onto the floor.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so quiet, clean and pleasant. The restaurant in the lobby is terrific, and the room was so comfortable! It's in a great central location, too. I would definitely stay there again!
We only stayed one night but the room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in walking distance to our venue.
I will stay here again if in Rochester. The staff, rooms, beds were all first rate. The only problem I had was that the breakfast was gone every day when I went down, so was a little hungry. In all, loved this hotel! Wish there were more around the nation.

I really liked the Inn itself. Beautiful old building, good size, comfortable room. Lots of character. Breakfast buffet was nice except for the little quiches which would have been great if they weren't almost cold. Also only hazelnut coffee was odd. Morning staff at the desk seemed distracted - yesterday's paper out vs today's.
Staff very helpful. Hotel restaurant lunch excellent. Hotel checkout at 11am is too early, otherwise highly recommend.
