We only stayed one night but the room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in walking distance to our venue.

I will stay here again if in Rochester. The staff, rooms, beds were all first rate. The only problem I had was that the breakfast was gone every day when I went down, so was a little hungry. In all, loved this hotel! Wish there were more around the nation.

Excellent room and an excellent dinner at Tournedos.

I really liked the Inn itself. Beautiful old building, good size, comfortable room. Lots of character. Breakfast buffet was nice except for the little quiches which would have been great if they weren't almost cold. Also only hazelnut coffee was odd. Morning staff at the desk seemed distracted - yesterday's paper out vs today's.

Staff very helpful. Hotel restaurant lunch excellent. Hotel checkout at 11am is too early, otherwise highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Rochester! It's like a little hidden gem.

Charming place, wonderful staff, not big on modern amenities but a lot more character than your typical chain hotel. Didn't get to try the great steakhouse at the hotel, but everyone raves about it.

Awesome staff - clean, well-appointed and comfortable room... very nice restaurant on location.

Only regret is we couldn't add another night as the Inn was full. Very helpful and friendly staff, best continental breakfast included -- quiche selection, fresh squeezed juice, etc.

Elevator was broken but received a free room upgrade. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would recmmend it to others.

The hotel is a lovely building that is beautifully decorated. It's in an area of downtown that has lots of night life including an Arts cinema.

nice building ( outside could use some work ) the inside and room were very nice. A short walk to lots of great bars and night clubs.

The room was perfect and luxurious. This was definitely a great place to stay and relax.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. The bed was unbelievablably comfortable!! The hotel is located in the heart of the arts area; close to many restaurants and activites.

If this fits in your budget, or if you are up for a splurge, then The Inn on Broadway is absolutely worth it. It is a bit expensive, but the room was lovely, comfortable and clean with some nice touches. Excellent location. The Inn is a short walk from the Eastman Theatre and some very good restaurants. As I was there only one night, I did not have a chance to try the Inn's restaurant, but it had an interesting menu and OUTSTANDING wine list. Again, absolutely worth a splurge for a special occasion. The one and only drawback was a noisy party two rooms down, but the manager appeared and they were quiet the rest of the night. Continental breakfast with mini quiches was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely, eclectic small hotel near the Eastman Theater and the Strong Museum. Good continental breakfast. Outstanding restaurant for dinner. Rooms are furnished with interesting antiques.
