3 days without maid service. Good food. The Lady at the check-in desk was very pleasant and cheerful. She gave me honest answers about the hotel and the available computer center, and work out facility. She was also nice enough to take some pictures for me. Her name tag Read KEYLA. The price was right but not the service

Room was clean. Staff took a long time to check me in. Like 20 min till she found my reservation. She seemed like she was new but when asked she said she had been there a while. It seemed like she was covering for someone that usually worked there. She seemed pretty clueless.

Hampton Inn are our preferred hotel as they always very clean with great beds and full breakfast. This Hampton had great beds but was dirtier than expected with a limited breakfast and did not feel safe outside. Will not stay at this one again.

Stayed for 1 night with just my husband, the hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was great. The area is close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

Parking was secure. We did checkout early as we had an appt at Rochester General at 6AM there was a homeless person hanging out in the parking lot, but other than that the room was clean didn't hear others in their rooms.The staff at the front desk were nice and professional.

Aircon was freezing and we couldn't adjust it or turn it off, we needed to get the staff to do it and they had problems with it also. They eventually managed to turn it off. The fridge had a loud buzzing sound, we had to turn it off overnight so we could sleep. The shower wash was completely empty. The breakfast lady had slept in and breakfast started 30 mins late, which wasn't convenient as we wanted to get away early to make our next destination in time.
