Staff was super friendly. Pointed out that someone spilled something by elevators and came back 2 hours later and it was not cleaned. Not in best part of town, but chain restaurants were close and staff friendliness made the difference.
The staff was very pleasant, no complaints there. The room was ok. There were stains on the rug and the desk chair which is not very comforting. Not sure that I would recommend to family or friends. Not really a good value for the price.

Was a little surprised at the condition and service at this property. Often stay at Hampton Inns when I travel. They are clean, and the staff is wonderful. While this site was not bad, I was surprised that it was not as good as the others I have stayed at. That might just be a one-time occurrence, though.
Breakfast was from 6-9 am & was grab-n-go however there were slim pickings at 8:30 both days; day 1 no bananas, milk for cereal or lids for juice cups and day 2 no hard boiled eggs.
The room was comfortable and not too big. It was clean and the tv had lots of channels. I t was difficult to adjust the heat. Breakfast tasted good and the quantity was just right.
I love how close this hotel was to everything. I did not like all the strains on the carpets and chairs. My shower was clogged.
Great location. Close to many things to do. My only complaint is of little fault of the hotel. Due to COVID the pool was closed and breakfast consisted of cold cereal, yogurt or pre made sandwiches. This would have been fine if I had know about it before arriving. There was a special needs child in our party and we had not brought food they would eat because we thought the usual Hampton breakfast would be available.
The room was a dirty hole of defecation. Dust and dirt everywhere. Worn, chipped, rubbed furniture.
Hotel is clean, but It can be better. A better desk help gonna improve that.

Everything was great, and the workout room was very nice to use. Only comment was that I'm from south Florida and as such was trying to get the heat up to 76-77, but it seemed to be limited to about 74. A little chilly for me but I'm a wuss!
Very good price, clean room, clean workout room. Breakfast had more options than I expected including pressed juice and smoothies. Overall area wasn’t the greatest, but a very short drive into downtown which saved me $200 by staying 10 mins away. Close to Target, Starbucks and Dunkin!

We are sorry that this was not communicated to you. Each hotel is operating different based on local health department standards. We are looking to improve and reconsider our offerings as restrictions are eased. We hope to see you again soon.
