The smoke alarm in the room blinked SO brightly ALL NIGHT it was impossible to sleep.
We had a very nice one night stay. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Nice lobby bar to have a drink before heading out. Stocked coffee maker in the room and breakfast available for purchase. We grabbed some fruit and yogurt and ate in the room while packing up.
My only complaint was there was not a microwave in the room we had to go down to the lobby other than that it was great the pool was private the ruins beautiful beautiful the bed were comfortable

Lobby always smelled like food from the cafe, but not in a good way. Nowhere to hang up towels to be able to reuse them. Hair dryer kept overheating. Very nice staff
We were visiting in Rochester for an extended family gathering and several family members stayed at the Courtyard Penfield location. The rooms were large and well appointed, and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They made us feel welcome and met our every request.
Was in town for my cousin's wedding and this place got the job done but didn't do much more than I expected it to.
