Room was clean, room had nice bathroom shower and bed was comfy, staff was very friendly ... both early evening at the check in and then when i came down to check out t in the morning the woman in the bistro making coffee, among other things, was wonderful & cheerful ...wishing me a great day.. very nice to see these days! Great location, felt safe, even had an inside parking garage spot for me and i was grateful since the snow was coming down real hard all night!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the housekeeping service during my stay, specifically on Day 2 of my reservation. On that day, housekeeping was not properly completed. Our room was not serviced as expected, and we were left without clean towels. When we contacted the front desk, we were initially given excuses rather than an immediate solution. It was only after further follow-up that towels were finally provided later in the day. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the standard of service we expect from your hotel. Proper housekeeping is a basic expectation, and the delay and lack of proactive service caused unnecessary inconvenience. I hope you will review this matter with your housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure similar situations do not happen in the future. I would also appreciate your response regarding how this issue will be addressed.
