Too full to accommodate everyone. I ordered a king suite and when i got there was told there were no more available and would have to settle for a typical two queen bedroom. Stated they provided room service and yet when our food was ready they made us walk down to pick it up when others were able to get it deliverd without problem. Limited attentiveness from staff. Overall for the price you oay I expected a much higher quality of services.

Very rude staff at check in. We were here for a wedding and when we arrived at noon we asked the check in guy when the room would be ready and he said “I don’t know and can’t guarantee anything until 4 pm”. The room was pre paid.

The property is a beautiful hotel. The rooms badly need to be updated. Especially the bathrooms. They are small and dark and do not have fans. The fixtures are old and nothing special. For this type of hotel I would expect a lot more. Also the dining room could use a little attention. It’s a beautiful room but the black granite casing and window sills around the large windows needed a good dusting. I have stayed at this hotel and will probably will again but I have stayed in better hotels.

Room was large and well-equipped. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Audubon prints. The food was delicious at the restaurant and at the conference I attended. At the spur of the moment I decided to go to the spa for a massage and it was fabulous! I would be happy to come back.

I booked a room with free breakfast with my daughters. I was given a $20/daily vouchers instead for four days. The meal expenses were charged to my Visa card daily, I was asked to still pay for all the meals when I checked out.

It’s a decent hotel, just needs a facelift since it’s pretty old at this point and it shows. Otherwise clean and comfortable though. The desk staff is laughably incompetent. They sent me to a room with people in it on check-in (embarrassing!) and then on check-out their lack of empathy to a very irate customer demonstrated a lack of training for the industry. They also charged my AmEx all 3 nights i was here even though i paid upfront through Orbitz. They could use some remedial training.

Not worth your bucks! I booked the hotel for 3 nights with free breakfast. The manager refused to convert my breakfast voucher for a dinner voucher. I had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am. I was not able to use my 3 breakfast vouchers on my last day of stay. The hotel does not provide a shuttle to the airport for an early flight.
