A former courthouse and Masonic temple now houses this distinctive 2,600-square-foot loft near the Erie Canal. Original character meets modern group entertainment, with a pool table, poker table, grand piano, bar, and private theater anchored by a 90-inch screen.

The expansive living area provides plenty of room to gather, while the full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and Keurig. Meals can be shared at the six-seat dining table or bar counter, with an additional 60-inch TV nearby.

Sleeping arrangements include:

* Primary bedroom with one queen bed
* Second bedroom with two full beds
* One full bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination

A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

We traveled for a girls weekend away. The rental was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. A very unique property with beautiful features. We loved it from the very large kitchen to the open floor plan with theatre room . Close to shopping in Victor. We would highly recommended this property and would love to stay again.

Great space and location

We enjoyed our stay at the historic loft. The living space is quite large and has lots of entertainment. The heat worked well even though it was really cold outside. We liked the historic aspects of the property.There were a few issues with the comfort of the place. The beds are quite uncomfortable and squeak every time you move, and the kitchen lacked any cooking utensils.
