Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport

The first room I was given a key to, hadn't yet been cleaned. Ugh! Talk about first impressions. Ugh! I was subsequently given a room on the ground floor and it was fine. Their systems are super slow, so any front desk activity takes twice as long. The rooms are clean and the beds are fairly comfortable. The location is pretty close to the airport. The WiFi is extremely slow.

Comfortable stay at affordable rate. Staff makes you feel like your home!

Very very slow derive in the morning g for breakfast

We needed a place for one night as we passed through this area and this hotel was very accommodating and staff very friendly and helpful. Room as expected and no surprises. For walking our dog much of the area is undeveloped nature-scape and she loved exploring the grounds and walkways nearby - and the deer in the yard were her first deer sightings. :)

Our room was quiet, clean and well-maintained. The hotel shows a bit of aging, but not a great deal. I had some difficulty getting an answer from Orbitz as to whether or not our room rate included breakfast (tip: it did not) but that could not be characterized as a fault of the hotel. All-in-all, a pleasant experience.

I asked for 2 double beds, got to the hotel and received 1 king size bed, and a cot!! Was given wrong room number, and key walked in on a husband and wife getting busy!!! Completely embarrassed!! Was locked out of my hotel room because my card deactivated, while I'm standing in the hallway in a swimsuit. Told staff about these issues, and didn't even get an apology!! I'll definitely stay elsewhere next time I visit the Rochester area!!

Very convenient to the airport. Clean older motel. Appeared to be a very nice restaurant but the only meal I had was room service breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and definately priced right. Did not use the pool or the grounds but again appeared to be very nice. I would definateley stay again.

Overall not a bad hotel for a 1 night stay.....I booked the hotel for my husband and myself as well as my 2 kids...we got to the room and there was 1 bed and a chair. The bed was very stiff. The bathroom was nice but there was very little hot water and no water pressure. Swimming pool was nice. We will probably not be back for another stay, we will look else where. Staff was decent.

Stayed here for a conference at RIT. The staff was amazing and friendly, always ready to help with everything. Highly recommended if you need to be in Rochester.

The Radisson Hotel Airport Rochester is in a perfect location to suit all travelers needs. The rooms are nice, great pool and the staff is top notch. I will stay here often this fall and winter.

I would have expected more from a Radisson. It was just average

This hotel was not very good...the only decent thing about it was that it was directly next to R.I.T where I needed to go. However, the hotel didn't even offer free coffee, so i had to drive 5 miles to starbucks to get a cup before going to R.I.T, therefore nullifying any convenience of the location. The staff told me to go to the starbucks in barnes and noble at 8:00 and of course they weren't open. Also, the printer in the "office space" wasn't working and almost made me late. The hotel has a bar in it, and therefore people were getting drunk all night and then partying in the hallways...and these were professionals, not college students! I wish the hotel management (or the people staying in the hotel) had a little more respect to keep it quiet in the hallways. I could also hear my neighbors clearly through the walls. This may sound wierd, but the toilet paper rolls in the bathroom, did not "roll"! It took forever to try to get toilet paper off of the roll, because you had to do it square by square - super annoying!

convenient to business accounts and staff is friendly.

Very comfortable bed, nice linens. Friendly staff. One small detail the creamer with the coffee service was spoiled Conveniently located near airport and RIT.

The hotel is the perfect location for college parents: right at the entrance of RIT. But: lots of things are broken or wearing out in the building. The bathroom sink and tub drain slow, the sink leaks, the room-doors don't close all the way without effort, and we had to ask for toilet paper (!). But the maintenance crew responded promptly and with good cheer, and the housekeeping staff was very welcoming. Beware: no complimentary continental breakfast at this hotel! Meals are quite expensive.

Best location for RIT. Comfy bed. Indoor pool. What else could you want?

Hotel staff was better than good at the front desk, maintenance, in the restaurant and especially house keeping. restaurant was beig remodeled however the temporary was god enough.

This is probably the best hotel to be at for visiting Rochester Institute of Technology. Ideally located within walking proximity to the school, probably not as viable in the snow times, but if you need to access RIT from an inbound flight, this is definitely the place to stay. They have a great restaurant whereby meals are priced competitively, and up to par with other Radisson hotels.

The heater of each room is not controlable. If you turn on the heater the noice is unbearably loud!

Place was okay - I had a problem with a tub that would not drain - I tried to change my room but none was available at that time at night so I went one night without a shower - not the end of the world but made me feel uncomfortable the next day - the next afternoon hey did change me to another room.
