There was nothing I liked about the property. It is in a sketchy area, the room smells, there is mold in the bathroom all over the vanity, and there were dried worms in the bed. It was a place to sleep for a few hours. The breakfast was terrible and the WiFi did not work.

The property is quite old and hasn’t been redone in many years. There was a heavy chemical smell in the room that was intended to mask the smell of urine. The mattress had a plastic pad on it and i am sure there was a good reason for that. Not great but also not the worst, however i wouldn’t recommend. There are plenty of other places in Henrietta to choose from.

The most unique thing about this property: The door wouldn't open. The desk clerk had to throw himself at it to get us into the room. If it wasn't so late, we never would have stayed. Inside, the room was shabby, the heat didn't work, the TV was old and sub par, even the little coffee pot did not work (it was missing the coffee basket). Also, the area around the parking lot and door was dark and unlit. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone

The hotel appears to not have been renovated since 1957. All kinds of quick and dirty patches and fixes in the room. Plumbing fixtures loose, toilet seat loose, fridge rat-a-tat-tatted all night like a diesel engine, heating unit also loud and rattling, few working electrical outlets, one had about 12 things plugged in, ants in the bathroom, every time you turn on the TV you had to go to the back of it and choose the HDMI input, I could go on. It's cheap, but know what you're getting.

It was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was moist and stained that I didnt dare walk on it with bare feet. I put on shoes everytime I got out of bed. All the fixtures were rusted and had holes in the walls. Everytime the AC came on, the air smelled horrible that i know the air filter hadnt been changed in a very ling time. The bathroom- yikes. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The tub had standing water in it and so discolored. We arrived so late that we were exhausted and just had to stay there. Both my husband and I slept in our clothes and checked out the very next morning. We were set to stay a few nights. No Way! It was so gross!

Very disappointing, room needs upgrading. Felt like I was staying in the hood

The only thing is that the entrance to the rooms are too open. No enclosures

The location is disgusting. Room had a strange smell.

This was a freebie that Orbitz offered as part of my Xmas flight. It was convenient for the family that I was staying with since I could Uber to the airport. The breakfast was out of orange juice! The heat worked in zero degree weather but it had no thermostat. The TV remote did not work and there were very few channels, not even the basic networks. The place turned out to be safe but I had qualms when I arrived late at night. There was no blanket suitable for zero degree weather and holes in the bedspread. But, the room did not smell. One must keep in mind that this is not meant to be a luxury establishment. It was adequate as a place to be for about 10 hours total. The shower was old but had hot water.

Room was shabby. Tv station guide completely useless. Office staff didn't understand their computer-- took 45 minutes to check in. Too much very loud music. No clock radio 'tll the 2nd night, but it didn't work. Couldn't park near our room. Signs on the buildings--- C, C, G etc--- unreadable in the dark. No maps of either the hotel or the town. Office staff seemed minimally trained. Often no staff in the office.

The room was not cleaned the sheets were not cleaned the room had roches the tub was horrible me and my wife cleaned the hole oom ourselves we wouldn't even let them in the room just bad and the hotel looks nothing like it dose on line

First room was horrible, very bad smell, shower had mold all over the grout, room too small for all the furniture that was in it. Changed room next day, that room was a bit better, but mattress was ancient, pillows were had no substance to them, hair dryer didn't work, bathroom had ants crawling up from beneath the toilet and staff never took care of the problem only kept cleaning them up. Not one "Do Not Disturb" door sign anywhere to be found. Carpeting was disgusting, old and worn and in need of replacing. Over all the entire facility is in severe need of renovating. Also music from adjoining restaurant was way too loud and could be heard from inside the room I was in and my room was in a separate detached building from the rest of the motel.

The hotel was OK for an overnight. We were told it was a former travel lodge and it lived up to that description

Dirty, two towels, looked used, unclean, and they were also not folded and placed in its proper place

This can NOT continue to stay in business. It's clearly not up to any approved standards. There are droppings, dirt, filth, cracks, holes, dents ,stains and foul smells throughout the 4x4 room. DO NOT book this hotel.

The hotel was convenient for where I needed to be, and the staff was amazing. The problem was the rooms a and halls were smelly and the toilet kept running all night. They could use an update on the hall and room rugs. And get some updated toilets.

The hotel is outdated, dingy, and smelly. Another occupant was complaining of roaches in his room. The breakfast was subpar compared to other Days Inns I have stayed at. About the only thing going for it is the price.

Dirty and smelly. Hotel is unsafe because it has violent visitors most of the time: especially during the weekend. The hot water was not working on one of my trip and Wifi was not working on the other trip. Every time I stayed there, I faced at least one bad incident.

The room was dirty and broken switch is broken refrigerator broken light sockets broken bathroom fixtures. Staff was great
