Had to switch rooms twice (a total of three rooms) before I was assigned one that had sheets that were not visibly stained, dirty, or wet. The room I was eventually assigned did not have any towels or soap and I had to ask the office for them. Housekeeping does not tend to rooms during your stay. They only dropped by once during my three-night stay to ask if I needed more towels but did not make the bed or replenish other supplies. The property is in poor condition. Many fixtures are dusty/dirty, paint is chipping, and faucets drip/leak. During my stay I observed random bags of garbage and furniture lying around outside on the property.

They gave me excellent customer service while was there. Very pleased with the overall experience. Thank you everyone for everything you did while I was there. It was greatly appreciated. Happy customer.

There seemed to be more people who were living there all the time (i.e. renting rooms for a week/month) ...Mostly young single guys...didn't like the vibe from them

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall the stay was pleasant. The only problem we had was in getting the TV to work for us. Eventually, we got it to work but it had some problems getting the remote and the TV to work correctly.

The paint was pealing off wall. There were Insects/bugs in room. I turned the air conditioner up to smother the stale smell in the room.

The property was clean but I was not pleased with the staff service. Also I was not asked about any upgrade for my room.

I loved the bed it was great didn’t wake up with back pain

Christian was just AWESOME!!! He made sure everything went smooth.
