When we got into the room, there was a wad of toilet paper in the toilet. They also only had a small amount of toilet paper on the roll and did not leave an extra roll which we had to go down to get, We got back to our room on the second night at about 2 am, to find that the one bed was not made, the wash cloth that was used in the morning was still sitting in the tub. The remote was on the floor by the side of the bed.

The floor was not vacuumed, my son found fossilized feces under his bed and the air conditioner/heater was not working properly. It was apparent from the staff's indifferent attitude that bringing any of these issues to their attention was pointless. We remained for the duration of our stay because of the close proximity to RIT and we had our dog with us.

Room with door to outside was great for my 2 dogs. Lots of grass. Several places to eat within walking distance.

A good clean room and helpful staff — good buy for the money.

The hotel is near restaurants and access is good for I-90, but they have to improve the cleanliness in the bathroom

Excellent. Close to interstate. Fairly priced. Wonderful restaurant. Dairy Queen close by.

Overall a satisfactory stay. Staff was pleasant. Responsive in that when I was walking to McDonald's I observed and reported a broken liquor bottle in the parking lot. When I was coming back it was cleaned up. Given that it was to go order, that shows that it was an immediate response. A grill cover on the air/heating unit was broken. Staff politely acknowledged it but siad that hadn't gotten to it because they were busy. The maid was nice and responsive when I explained what I needed but on my day of departure it was obvious that she was anxious for me to vacate the room though it wasn't check out time. The biggest disappointment was that the drawers where dusty and the refrigerator had two apples and a plastic fork from a previous occupant. There were a couple benches to the back of the property which were really nice as they looked out on some trees and grass. Nonetheless these were minor irratiants

Very friendly staff, rooms very clean. Rooms look like they had just been remodeled. Good hotel if you're not going to spend much time in the room. Room felt a little small, no coffee maker in room. You have to go to lobby to get coffee which isn't bad unless the weather isn't cooperating. I DO have to say - that for the price, the hotel met my needs.

1 The phone in the room was not working. Staff investigated, noticed that the wire might be cracked. No one had complained about this before, we were told. 2 Heating system: very noisy and blowing constantly on bed near fan. 3 Ventilation fan in bathroom very loud 4 Key card problem: we had two, but one didn't work. It was re-programmed, but then the other one did not work. We were told the next day that the staff should have known they have to re-program both cards at the same time, not just one. 5 We stayed two nights. Used towels were removed the first morning, but not replaced with fresh ones.

Place was dark and old looking no microwave depending where your room is you have to walk a mile to the ice machine, bath tub was dirty with dirt rings in the tub bed not comfortable. Will never stay at this dump again. Reminds me of the bates motel.

Not too great. I wouldn't stay here again. Heater wasn't working too well and parking lot wasn't cleaned in the snow storm

Nice location nice clean rooms front desk ppl friendly, I would recommend this hotel to all my out of town friends

Very pleasant establishment would recommend this hotel to all my out of town friends

Clean, comfortable and staff advised on best way to keep cats happy.

Quiet room, would like to have had another chair though.

Very clean, well equipped and compact King room deluxe. Close to multiple fast food choices. 10 min drive to mall. Goid value.

Left so housekeeping could clean and they just pulled the sheets and covers as they where never changed them...

it was only one night and it was good....close to places to eat and shop....staff was friendly and helpful

Room was small but very clean, quiet and a good deal for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Area isn't all that nice to walk around in, but convenient to main roads.

Room was clean, towels, bed, pillows was very neat. Gave the room a 4 because of the tub, need cleaning. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
