The hotel is near restaurants and access is good for I-90, but they have to improve the cleanliness in the bathroom

Excellent. Close to interstate. Fairly priced. Wonderful restaurant. Dairy Queen close by.

Overall a satisfactory stay. Staff was pleasant. Responsive in that when I was walking to McDonald's I observed and reported a broken liquor bottle in the parking lot. When I was coming back it was cleaned up. Given that it was to go order, that shows that it was an immediate response. A grill cover on the air/heating unit was broken. Staff politely acknowledged it but siad that hadn't gotten to it because they were busy. The maid was nice and responsive when I explained what I needed but on my day of departure it was obvious that she was anxious for me to vacate the room though it wasn't check out time. The biggest disappointment was that the drawers where dusty and the refrigerator had two apples and a plastic fork from a previous occupant. There were a couple benches to the back of the property which were really nice as they looked out on some trees and grass. Nonetheless these were minor irratiants

Very friendly staff, rooms very clean. Rooms look like they had just been remodeled. Good hotel if you're not going to spend much time in the room. Room felt a little small, no coffee maker in room. You have to go to lobby to get coffee which isn't bad unless the weather isn't cooperating. I DO have to say - that for the price, the hotel met my needs.

1 The phone in the room was not working. Staff investigated, noticed that the wire might be cracked. No one had complained about this before, we were told. 2 Heating system: very noisy and blowing constantly on bed near fan. 3 Ventilation fan in bathroom very loud 4 Key card problem: we had two, but one didn't work. It was re-programmed, but then the other one did not work. We were told the next day that the staff should have known they have to re-program both cards at the same time, not just one. 5 We stayed two nights. Used towels were removed the first morning, but not replaced with fresh ones.

Place was dark and old looking no microwave depending where your room is you have to walk a mile to the ice machine, bath tub was dirty with dirt rings in the tub bed not comfortable. Will never stay at this dump again. Reminds me of the bates motel.

Not too great. I wouldn't stay here again. Heater wasn't working too well and parking lot wasn't cleaned in the snow storm

Nice location nice clean rooms front desk ppl friendly, I would recommend this hotel to all my out of town friends

Very pleasant establishment would recommend this hotel to all my out of town friends

Clean, comfortable and staff advised on best way to keep cats happy.

Quiet room, would like to have had another chair though.

Very clean, well equipped and compact King room deluxe. Close to multiple fast food choices. 10 min drive to mall. Goid value.

Left so housekeeping could clean and they just pulled the sheets and covers as they where never changed them...

it was only one night and it was good....close to places to eat and shop....staff was friendly and helpful

Room was small but very clean, quiet and a good deal for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Area isn't all that nice to walk around in, but convenient to main roads.

Room was clean, towels, bed, pillows was very neat. Gave the room a 4 because of the tub, need cleaning. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We were needing a room to stay just for the night during our travels. We were not looking for a 5 star, but something clean were we could have a comfortable sleep. As soon as we stepped in there was a odor of mildew/ mold. It was a cold laminate floor that did not look like it was mopped for quite some time. The bathroom had mop board that was pulled away from the wall and you could see mold. There was hair on the back of the toilet and on the tub. The bath tub had a big rust circle inside it, which while standing near it during the shower you could feel that the tub was inclining down dramatically. I must state that the bed did seem clean. I think the worst was the next day while getting ready. I had a small fan plugged in while I was using the blow dryer. Suddenly the room went dark and we had no power. My husband went to the office, but there was no maintenance person available so we had to pack up our things and move to the room directly above ours. I will not use The Red Roof Inn again, however if you dare.. beware of room #138!

I booked this hotel needing a quick and convenient place to stay off of the NY Thruway. Area is unassuming - not too much there. Hotel from outside was also unassuming. But, when I opened the door to the room, I was VERY impressed!! It was SUPER clean and so much more modern and up to date than I was expecting! They also had a very impressive order-in menu. Booking on-line made check in and out a breeze. I would definitely book this hotel again!

I'll start by stating this is a budget hotel and the rate was great! That said, the bathroom was pretty dirty with yellow spots on wall around commode and a red liquid left behind in shower soap tray (a cleaning fluid?). I was in an ADA Superior King room, but the workspace was tiny (I was travelling on business). An adjoining door for the next room made it sound like we were all in the same room. Bed was ok. A mini-fridge and microwave were included (nice in a budget room). Would I recommend? Only at a super-fantastic rate. Unless needed, I definitely do NOT recommend the ADA rooms.

Hotel was about what we expected for a red roof inn. The price was quite high for the hotel. The room was clean but very warm. The heat had been blasting for some time before we got there it was well over 90 degrees in the room. The staff was great though. Very polite friendly and made for an easy check in!
