For that price? The room was terrible. Dust balls in the corner, lights that didn’t work, room was barely lit since only one light actually worked, towels felt like sandpaper - for $260/night I expect a bit more.

My hotel stay was horrendous, from the attitude of the worker at the desk to the nasty stained walls and disgusting carpet in the room. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and misleading considering the room was filthy and outdated. Unless you're in desperate need of a place to stay near Barclays, I would not suggest wasting your money on this hotel.

We were on a low floor with no view and a rooftop directly outside of the window which did not feel safe or private, kept the curtains closed the whole time, but even those didn’t fit over the AC unit. The place was very disappointing, very dated, and not worth the price I paid for two nights. Stains in carpets, dirty walls, only has two elevators that are extremely slow, ice machines didn’t work, no water bottles in the room, bathroom sink had a very slow drain, they don’t offer hand towels, only bath towels and a couple face cloths, tv channels are very limited and no guide for the channels they did offer. I would absolutely not recommend this place. They need to renovate and get new management.
