The room was tired and run down. Is this the mattress was broken and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off the side. The towels were threadbare and smelled bad. Pillows on the bed were tiny and yellowed underneath the pillowcase. Piles of trash are Left out on the sidewalks on Saturdays. We were woken at three or 4 AM when someone was blasting music outside of our window for about half an hour

check-in is at 3 PM and I arrived at 5:30 PM. I called ahead and told them I would be late and they said it was fine. I arrived and was told my room was not ready because they were shortstaffed housekeeping wise. We had to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready. When we finally did get to the room, it was perfect- neat clean and very nice looking.
