Well the room in the pictures isnt the room you get. Its a very cramped room but kept clean. The elevator smells horrible and the guy on the night staff seems to not care at all and smell like marijuana real bad. My room faced the street and was very noisey like the windows were open. But day staff and cleaning staff are amazing.

The air conditioner was making loud noises and chirping and banging. Could not sleep. Called the front desk. They sent maintainance who told me he couldn't do anything. I called desk again and they told me they would get us a different room. Transferred me to a manager who said no rooms were available. I did not believe that. Could not sleep. Horrible customer service. Told them I wanted my money back.

The room and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. This will be my go to hotel while in Brooklyn.

Friendly staff , excellent location, very good breakfast. The room was very clean but the carpet in the hallway needs cleaning. Overall will stay there again.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean & enjoyable. The breakfast bar had a good variety of delicious food. The location afforded us easy access as to where we had to go.

No valet parking on arrival. Told to find on street parking in Brooklyn at 10 PM, which took one hour. Hotel staff totally disinterested in helping solve problem. I wii never stay st this hotel again. Told me I should have come earlier after I got off 1500 mile flight.

Close to subway, the double bed room was big enough but the one bed was to small. The air conditioning so loud but the price is right. breakfast included was good

For the most part I enjoyed my stay at this establishment. However at 4am exactly I heard squeaking noises that lasted the rest of the morning above us. The breakfast was better than l expected and was included in the hotel price. Unfortunately the parking fee was quite excessive. I'll come back to this hotel for sure! Best wishes

Hotel in convenient location, however I had to find parking in the area which was a nightmare.

The hotel appeared to be under construction. There's very limited parking therefore, we had to find parking on the street and the hotel is located in a residential area so the parking was VERY limited. We could hear loud sweaking noises from the floor above and the bed was uncomfortable.

It was just mediocre, especially for the price. Not a Best Western fan, there were just no other options.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The staff was respectful and helpful. This hotel is my preference for my next trip!

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was helpful and courteous except one lady who was rude to my wife for arriving late for breakfast. Besides that, we had a good experience. We reached late so valet parking was unavailable found street parking after some effort.

This hotel had a great location for us and the staff was friendly and helpful. Best part of the deal was the breakfast served in the downstairs lounge. the actual bar area adjacent to the lobby was closed when we stayed. But the only reason we will not be returning is the bed. the room was clean but the bed was so uncomfortable that neither my husband nor I could move around the next day. We are both athletes and can handle most situations but the bed was the worst ever! Sorry.

A girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights. Although the lobby is a bit dated, the hotel overall is very clean! Even the hallways smelled clean. (the cleaning staff uses to much freshener, but it bearable). Pros: right by the train, CLEAN, affordable Con: hour away room manhattan by train, if you're going to be out late, then it will take even longer because the R line becomes slower. If you there for a short trip, you may end up spending a lot of time in transit... Overall I would stay here again for sure.

Never stayed at a hotel in bay ridge, close to all, trains, restaurants. Had everything I needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Never a bad experience with Best Western.

The hotel is old and tired. The elevator is slow, the room was clean but had a strong old smell. The airconditioner was noisy and the bathroom faucets were really old. The pop machine on the second floor was plugged with coins. The breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Good location, very walkable and safe.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Will stay there again. Continental breakfast was good.

My best friend and I stayed at the Best Western Gregory on New Year's Eve after attending a concert. Our stay was short but enjoyable. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful; the front desk representative and the valet even helped me locate my i-Pod (which I left in the car)! The room was small, but perfect for a one-night stay for two people. My only complaint is very small: the water pressure in the shower was poor, and I couldn't find a proper water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Other than that, our stay was perfect!
