First class, traveled from Daytona and back all in one day
Room was not cleaned as asked at check-in. Shower is bad.

Easy freeway access
I was upset that I specifically booked this hotel bc it had a jacuzzi along with the pool. I was not notified at check in that the jacuzzi was out of order. I went to get in and noticed it was green and nasty and had a wet floor sign just sitting in front of it. No one told me at check in that it was unavailable. It ruined my whole point in even booking with you just. I could e went somewhere else for just a pool with 15 kids splashing me.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We had a mechanical issue that happened unexpectedly. The spa is back up and running now so we would love to have you back again soon. Again, sorry for the inconvenience
