DO NOT stay at this hotel. We had pre-paid for the room through Expedia. When we checked in they asked us for our credit card to hold "for any incidentals". They then charged us again, not once but twice, for amounts well exceeding our already prepaid Expedia rate. We are still wrestling to have those charges removed. The room is listed as standard King and is absolutely tiny, hardly enough space to get around the bed. The shower and vanity are tiny. Awful experience.

The lady at the desk was very professional and did her job well. The ladies serving breakfast were friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with this establishment. Clean, quiet and the staff gave me the impression they liked their job. These are important factors for me returning to a Hotel.

Coffee pot in room not working , no refrigerator, Had to be moved from my first room because of terrible odor in room, second I was given smelled normal. I would have liked some compensation , but hotel attendant said I would have to go through Expedia. Staff was pleasant, hotel was convenient location, breakfast was fine.

Not a recommended!

It was a terrible experience for me and my girlfriend! There was no fridge, no microwaves in the room. The room looked totally different from the pictures. Parking lot very not convenient for a certain amount of cars, the entrance is also the way out, crazy dangerous. After all, customer service was a disaster. I not recommending this space to no one.

This room has very poor sound insulation. First, the windows do not block noise well, and the sound of cars passing outside is very loud. Second, whenever someone walks on the floor above, a loud noise comes from the ceiling of this room. While lying in bed, we constantly feel as if the people upstairs might fall through at any moment.

Upon arriving I requested that my ice packs be stored overnight in the hotel's freezer so that I could make it through the next day without my food spoiling. I have done this at every other Holiday Inn Express and other hotels for years with no issue. For some reason the front desk attendant would not accomodate and refused me. He stated that this presents a concern of potential cross contamination. As a veteran of the foodservice industry for 40 years, I can not understand how putting ice blankets in a sealed bag and in the lowest shelf of a freezer could be made into an issue. It poses no threrat to food safety and offers a small token of hospitality to someone who is traveling and has dietary restrictions. I hope that the staff will be made to be better informed in the future and be more hospiaible.

The rooms are a little small, and could use a little updating. It was not badly out of date, but there were just some minor things that could use a little improvement. The parking is extremely tight and it’s one lane that is used for both the entrance and the exit off of a very busy street which could present a hazard. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable.

Didnt know who owned the property. Listed as Hilton all furniture tagge Best Western. Sheets seemed damp from humidity. Room seemed as if a freshener was added giving the room an oder as if to cover smoke or humidity. I would not stay there again
