Brrrrr. No heat.

Too cold. No heat. The heat only gets turned on when it is below 50 degrees OUTSIDE. It doesn't matter how it feels inside. On the third day they finally offered a space heater.

The Inn at Great Neck was a nice place for us to stay during the Ryder Cup. Lots of demand for hotels so the prices were very high but overall the experience was good. The staff was great especially the valet runners. The room was pretty average with a couple broken cabinets but it got the job done. Room was very clean.

Nice, lavish, very quiet room. Unfortunately, the cold water in the bathroom sink was not working well, as well as the soap dispenser in the bathroom sink. And the shower faucet did not move. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel!

We have been staying at this hotel since 2012. It's a great place to stay. They now have a buffet breakfast that is much better than almost any other buffet breakfast that I have encountered during my years of traveling. Fresh made muffins and croissants, and fresh fruit make it an enjoyable start to the day. Hot coffee and tea are always available in the lobby. The staff always has a friendly smile and great attitude. Before we make plans to visit the New York/Long Island area, we always check reservations/availability here, before booking the airline. If you can't stay here, there is nowhere else I want to be. We will be back.

I have here many times. The staff is always wonderful. However, this time, the room fell short. The internet barely worked; the guide on the TV did not work, and the picture continually pixelated; the light on the magnifying mirror did not work; they did not give us 4 towels or even a bath mat. While these are not big things, taken together, it damaged the image. No, it’s not the 4 Seasons, but it’s not the Travelodge either, I have come to expect much better, so this disappointing.
