Adequate. Close to Bell Blvd action, which ended up being a good thing!

Small AC unit couldn't sleep because it was too hot. Key carf didn't work on main entrance door. No coffee machine and no cups. Completely empty kitchen. Freezer had a big block of ice and we couldn't use it. No variety on breakfast.

I would have stayed in my car if I knew the property was this bad.

They did not have ESPN. My son and I wanted to watch a Formula 1 race while we were in NYC. Never expected a hotel would not have ESPN. The hotel has smoking rooms! When the smoke alarm was sounding a low battery signal they wanted to switch us to a smoking room. They price was only slightly less than average for the area, but much worse than other hotels I have stayed at nearby.

Good. They change management. Towels, only two, before 4 almost new. Tub and Jacuzzi does not work, no hot water. 😕

Access to transportation and restaurant are excellent, but the rooms and facilities need to be renovated asap.

It was a pretty convenient, location, and it was clean. But I’ve notified the hotel, that they didn’t refund, my $50.00, deposit, and it’s almost a week approaching, since our stay. Thank You Maryann Taylor.

Basic and fine. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Waffles, bananas, yogurt, etc for breakfast.

The evening front desk clerk couldnt be bothered sbout checking us in. He was rude. When I mentioned the TV did not work, he said ,"the antenna is broken" and was no help with many other requests. The mattress and bed sheet smelled of pinesol. Wondered what had been spilt or wet the msttress. Next morning, a different desk clerk was very helpful compared to the one last nite. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible place to stay the front desk is so rude I told him the ac doesn’t work and room smells He replied back saying why I waiting so long to tell him that. How come I didn’t tell him this like an hour before. Cause I was trying to see if I am able to bare this awful smell. Please runaway as far u can

Convenient location. bathroom was clean but bad odor. Must be mop was not completely dried before use.

Nice environment with good people around. I had what I needed in this hotel.

In the first room the remote control did not work. Staff moved us to a room that smelled like sweat. The ice machine made moldy ice!!! Im scared.
