The cold water didn’t work in the bathroom sink and we we only provided with 3 tiny bars of soap. When checking in was shocked the front desk was behind a wall of glass. A sign said the motel was not responsible for the theft of personal belongings left in cars. Had to empty the contents each night. Very sketchy neighborhood

This is an older property with some positives and negatives. The biggest negative is the lobby. The front desk behind security glass with only a small tray to slide you credit card and identification through is very distressing. The lobby is usually populated with questionable characters and no friendliness. The hallway to my room was carpeted in dingy stained carpet. The doors were old, but fine. It could be mistaken for an asylum hallway on a movie set . The room itself was large with minimal furnishings. The desk and storage unit on the wall were newer, but cheaply made with drawers that did not slide well. The hanging rod was too close to the wall and there were no hangers - I went and bought my own. The bed was firm, with only a cheap mattress. The wall sconces had led bulbs that provided harsh lighting. The bathroom was small with only a light over the shower and no lighting over the sink. The AC unit quit working the 2nd night I was there. Within 30 minutes of a call to the front desk, a repairman had come to the room, assessed the problem and inserted a new unit in the wall. I guess they are used to these units failing and keep an inventory of new ones on had.

For a hotel that is on Jericho Tpk- it was amazingly quiet. Room was clean and modern and the shower had great water pressure. My only complaint is that even though there were “no smoking” signs posted everywhere, our room smelled of smoke. We did not complain so the front desk was not aware.

This lodge as far as my experience is safe and quiet. There's a dollar store nearby, KFC next door and a 7-Eleven not far. The Staff were friendly. The only negative thing i could say is that there's no microwave oven to heat up food. Overall it was a good stay.

I hate to leave bad reviews so I’ll say this is an honest review. We arrived early and the lady I believe her name was Taneisha, was helpful and suggested some place to go have lunch while we waited for chick-in time and she held our bags so we didn’t have to walk around with them. When we got to the room is was filthy. I went down and asked for all the supplies to clean it myself and Taneisha said she would send someone up. The cleaning lady showed up and had the worst attitude insisting she had just cleaned it and the gentleman finally said no problem we’ll clean it. He returned with a towel went into the bathroom and wet it and wiped off the tops of some things. She came in with a wet mop and ran it around the room. The floor had not been swept in a long time and it was sticky. It smelled like smoke and there were even ashes on the bedside table. After they “cleaned” it didn’t solve anything. All the dirt was still on the floor, it was still sticky and the surfaces were just gross. The ac unit had all kinds of mast stuff in the vent and what appears to be food spills down the side. I will never stay here again.

Shabby little motel in a shabby area, The worse thing is there is more rooms than parking spots. So if you don't get a spot and stay there you'll be parking down the road at Taco Bell. I'm not kidding... And the guy at the desk will just give you a stupid look and shrug. Fortunately, I don't see me ever needing to be out this way again but if I ever do I damn sure won't stay here!
