Very close to everything

This very good hotel! I stayed here for a day with my family … Pleasant experience. We checked-in at 1:30, front desk guy welcomed and interaction was very impressive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Dining area was spacious… I recommend this hotel!

Everyone was nice Tv wasn’t working everything else was ok.

Went to a concert at Jones beach. Loved the location and convenience. Friendly staff, clean room and continental breakfast.

More expensive hotel I went to later didn't even have YouTube on TVs. Good call on you guys.

The staff was congenial. The breakfast was a bit skimpy. The tv package was adequate. We will stay there again if we return to Long Island. It was MUCH better than the Marriott in Hempstead which had higher rates and very few amenities. We will NEVER stay there again.

The property was clean. The staff was extremely friendly at check in. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Overall, not a great stay. The carpeting in the hallways were really dirty. Carpet in rooms not good either. Only provided shampoo and soap bar in the bathroom, no conditioner, body wash or any other amenities. Shower was fine, only really good thing about the room. Netflix was also not working, so TV was disappointing as well. Would not recommend this hotel.

Fire alarms went off in middle of the night. At 9am the strobes were still active.

Overall a good experience. Locations is great and within walking distance of great shopping and eatery.

The website says free breakfast, but the only actual breakfast was waffles, no eggs, no bacon or sausage, etc. I'm fine with continental breakfast, that's what should have been stated.

Had problems with room key & access-everytime I needed to get into the room despite front desk rekeying.

Outside could use some attention to trash laying aroind
