The property was clean. The staff was extremely friendly at check in. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Overall, not a great stay. The carpeting in the hallways were really dirty. Carpet in rooms not good either. Only provided shampoo and soap bar in the bathroom, no conditioner, body wash or any other amenities. Shower was fine, only really good thing about the room. Netflix was also not working, so TV was disappointing as well. Would not recommend this hotel.

Fire alarms went off in middle of the night. At 9am the strobes were still active.

Overall a good experience. Locations is great and within walking distance of great shopping and eatery.

The website says free breakfast, but the only actual breakfast was waffles, no eggs, no bacon or sausage, etc. I'm fine with continental breakfast, that's what should have been stated.

Had problems with room key & access-everytime I needed to get into the room despite front desk rekeying.

The location is great. It looks nothing like the website, the gym on the web site is not the gym at the hotel, the jacuzzi/spa was closed the whole time and that looks nothing like the website either, the sink in our room had mold growing around the calk, the chair in our room was badly stained, the carpets in the hotel are dirty, and the staff is not friendly and they don't even smile including the girl at the front desk that checked us in.

The first floor rooms for people and pets are in poor shape.air conditioner was so old and loud.rooms need remodeling.

Two room keys kept failing to open the back door to the parking lot twice and failed once to open the room door. Rooms keys had to be re-set several times.

Property was Clean.elevators smell like dirty dogs and.prices need.to.be.reduced
