This hotel needs a refurbish. For the amount they charge its a bit shabby. Carpeting needs cleaning/replacement, couch is dirty, had problem with sink drainage and had to change rooms. Upon leaving one morning there was a caravan of pest control trucks leaving the parking lot. Whats up with that? At 7a.m. coffee urn in lobby already empty. Overall, not worth the price for this stay..

To be a Hilton hotel, I am a little shocked. The good parts: The hotel lobby and breakfast area was really nice. The breakfast was great. The staff was great and accommodating. We didn't pay for bottled water which was nice. The bad parts: We stayed on the 2nd floor. As soon as we reached on the floor there was a foul smell like an old carpet. They need to deep clean the carpets or remove them because the smell must be from that. The carpets were dingy and stained. They have really good air refresher that they can invest in as well so it doesn't smell so old like. The bathroom door was so old it didn't shut properly and the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The bathrooms could use an upgrade. I've stayed in other Hiltons and haven't experienced this before. Time to invest more at this property especially on the carpets and bathroom upgrades.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues. Beginning with issues with cleanliness and odor - this hotel claims to be accessible. The room we were offered had a high bed, no grab bars in the bathroom and the shower was a regular tub, not roll-in. Staff seemed unaware of ADA requirements and offered limited alternatives. We had to check out the following day. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. This hotel is not ADA compliant!
