I liked the room because of the cleanliness and comfort of the bed, but the AC was programmed at a certain temp (70 degrees) at around 6pm and cannot be lowered..so I just let it be until we fell asleep. Then I woke up around 1am because the room felt so hot, the temp inside went up to 79 degrees, and again cannot be lowered. I didn’t call the receptionist then since I don’t want to be bothered by maintenance at that time and just opted to open the window which gave so much relief. I was also a bit disappointed that the room service was limited and doesn’t make pancakes and boiled egg.

I booked my room months ago. When I went to check in for room with my wife, they did not have my room available for us. They send us to a different location. And long story short...I got the room 3 in the morning and finally went to sleep. Customer service was bad. I got no help.

Customer service was exceptional, especially at front desk.

Arrived 10 minutes before check in time at4pm....we were told we would get a call when room was ready....at 5:30 I had to go back to front desk and inquire about our room....which it appeared they completely forgot about and after another 15 minutes finally got our room.....almost 2 hours to check in. Not acceptable.

We booked a room for 4 people and they gave us 2 towels. Beds were more narrow than standard double beds even though the room was large enough. They charge ~$10 extra for wifi (in this day and age, really?). They charge $12/night for parking but don't tell you that in advance. They provide one regular coffee packet in a four person room, it makes one cup. Amenities are terrible, I expected more from Marriott. Never again.

The design of the room was a bit awkward in the bathroom, we had to step around the toilet to get to the shower. and the stall shower leaked onto the floor. We liked the ease of registration the incredible professionalism of the staff and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the HVAC was quiet!

the staff was very friendly and prompt. I found the hotel extremely clean.

The hotel was very supportive of the crowd for the nearby venue. They were well-prepared. Check-in was smooth and easy. Room was perfectly comfortable. Oversized jet tub was an unexpected nicety!

Good hotel, food, but nothing nearby. Only problem was that there is very few towel racks and small toilet.

Free parking was a plus after paying $75 downtown.
