I've stayed at this hotel before and always had a great experience. Would highly recommend it. Rooms and facilities are cleaned and comfortable. I stayed with my pet every time and they made it comfortable for her too. They have grass areas and bags to pick up after the dog, special door tags in the room you can uae to make housekeeping aware of pet presence. I didn't hear any dog barking and never received a complaint about mine barking either. The staff is the best part of the hotel, they are all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good too, they offer eggs a d a meat every day plus bakegoods, pancakes and oatmeal.
A very nice new hotel, but the lack of microwaves or coffee makers in the room feels very no frills.Comfy bed. Breakfast was not very tasty.

Middletown,NY like many other towns in NY is in decline. People are fleeing the area and the labor pool is limited. The staff is grim and uncooperative. The rooms are tiny, and there is no housekeeping. I spent three nights there in mid May and couldn’t get housekeeping to clean the room. I’d leave before 7 am and return at 7 pm. The front desk was apathetic and simply gave me additional towels. There are no closets or drawers. You hang your clothes on pegs. The decor is straight out of Kubrick’s Clockwork Orange. I’ll never stay here again.

what I like was the surrounding area just beautiful. Went there for my great-niece's wedding. What I dislike was the rooms didn't have any bureaus so you had to keep all my clothes in the suitcase. They said the breakfast would be good. It was okay, nothing to write home about. I would not stay there again.
This is a nice hotel for the price. Everything is updated and has a fun look to it. The free breakfast in the morning was better than probably any other hotel I’ve visited. The main lobby also has a great setup and fun games for the kids, like foosball tables. My children loved it. The downsides are this hotel does not have a pool, and there really isn’t much to look at around the property. It’s basically stuck alongside the road surrounded by a forest. You will have to drive if you want to go anywhere. Fortunately, there are plenty of restaurants nearby that will deliver here.
The fan in room 210 sounded like a train on tracks. Otherwise, the room and hotel were very nice.

I booked this hotel for 1 night and after check in I immediately wanted to extend my stay. Hotel rooms were very clean and the Complimentary breakfast was a Tru Breakfast from scrambled eggs to oatmeal with fresh fruit preserves, muffins, waffles etc. I would definitely stay again... lovely hotel and staff
New, clean and a perfect place to stay. The kids loved the lobby. Rooms were nice.
