I was pleased with my stay. The room was clean and the interior halls and elevators were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was polite and efficient. Very nice staff. A pleasure to walk into this hotel and be treated so nicely.

I checked out immediately after checking in because the condition of the room and bed sheets was completely unacceptable. The room felt dirty, and the bedding appeared stained with what looked like bodily fluids. I had booked for one night and would like to request a refund, as there was no way I could stay there. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unfriendly and showed no concern when I checked out just five minutes after arriving. No one even asked why I was leaving. This experience was extremely disappointing. Please ensure future guests are provided with clean rooms and sanitary bed sheets.

HORRIBLE! We've stayed at many Hampton Inns and had a pleasant experience. This particular one is in serious need of renovations and a management overhaul! Totally run down! Room walls, doors,ceilings and floors stained. Paint chips everwhere, cracked drywall and doors scratched and chipped up throughout including the hallways. Blankets felt like sandpaper, bathroom grout cracked and stained and the tub was a joke, so small to even take a shower in. Shady people staying there and staff for that matter. Loud banging in middle of night. Guy from housekeeping I'm guessing, knocks on the door at 10am and doesn't say who he is. I'm like can I help you? He says no, you good, you good and walks away. Isn't checkout at 11am? WOW! My wife was scared to even go out of room alone to the elevator. The Hampton Inn brand should be ashamed!
