For $250/night, i expected better room qualify and better breakfast, but everything was very basic.

The manager was very rude and inconsiderate, they threatened to call the cops on me because i had an extra person helping me with brunging my bags in, ill never ever go to this hotel ever again. They made me feel unwelcomed which resulted in me not even staying there the first night and i would like a refund for one night. They said they refuse to give me a refund as well. Very dissatisfied with this choice.
The bathroom was nice. The front desk lady when we checked in was very unfriendly.
I liked everything about the hotel and how the colors blend so well with eachother
Rooms were spacious and staff responsive to fixing problems. Breakfast area was inadequate for number of people-out of food and long line for waffles.
II got the last room available which was the handicap room. And I guess they thought that means that they didn’t have to clean it. There was trash on the floor so they clearly hadn’t it vacuumed from the last person. There was also plastic from the soap from the previous person in the shower so clearly that hades been cleaned either. The bed was clean but rather uncomfortable. I mean the desk people were friendly enough but the one had just come back from a smoke break and she reeked of smoke as she checked me out. I picked this hotel over another one because it was three stars. Clearly I should’ve gone with the two star one

Staff in general was nice. Property was not maintained well and lots of noise and disturbance from guests particularly from kids in corridors and some rooms.
