The cleaning- in a time of covid was spotty. The toilet paper was not addressed, there was no Shampoo abs there was a used wipe or drier sheet in the floor. Normally I wouldn’t be so concerned but with covid, in Buffalo which is spiking now (I’m just passing through) it’s unacceptable- who knows what else the staff was last about with cleanliness?
This hotel did not have my reservation confirmed on their end and could not accommodate my stay. Although the hotel staff was polite they were unhelpful in helping us find another room somewhere else. While on the phone with orbitz trying to request a refund, a guest came out and said the front desk line was ringing in the back nonstop by her room. So no calls were being answered. A manager was not on site to help with the situation. Staff seemed young and not as well trained in customer service compared to other times I've stayed at a Hilton.
Very clean, friendly stuff, there are a lot of stores around the hotel. The only downside is the breakfast is not good enough.

Property looked brand new and the rooms were immaculate. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful getting me and my service animal checked in. Also, when I needed to add a day to my stay she was able to assist me in not having to change rooms. Overall a very pleasant experience and will be staying at more Hilton locations.

So, it is a room, and you can stay in it... On the plus side, it was clean and well lit. Staff seemed friendly, though we didn't interact with them much. There was a decent shower, and a large TV, if that's important to you. The two big issues I had were: 1- We paid for a suite. This was a trip that my wife and I set up last second and I wanted it to be special for her, so I sprang for the extra space. The room was expensive for the area and the "suite" here was an extra fifty bucks a night, so I figured it would be very nice. For the record, a slightly larger room that literally has a curtain that separates the bed from a very small couch is not a suite. They shoehorned a couch into a pretty standard size room and called it a suite. 2. The bed. I have never slept on a worse bed in my life. The bed itself was small, and hard, and not even approaching comfortable. The pillows were horrific. Both my wife and I woke up sore after a really bad night's sleep, and that was on the tail end of a fifteen hour driving day which left us completely exhausted.
It was close to everything we wanted to do. The location was quiet and safe, great for family time.
