We stay here whenever in the area. Always clean and friendly. Good as the Hampton.

The hotel is not bad and maybe it was just bad luck. but there was a big group of people that turned night into day, didn't sleep a minute and the hotel staff did nothing.

Room small, pool nice. Bathroom.was very small with pocket door

This is a budget hotel. Well maintained with good staff. We stayed on a Saturday night and quickly discovered that your can hear everything. I would recommend asking for a room on the top floor in the far corner to help eliminate this. The majority of guests were families.

Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only criticism that I had was that the room was an ADA compliant room, but the height of the bath tub made it impossible for my wife to use. The staff said that they would report this to management.

I was very happy with my stay in the sleep in. Considering I was on a road trip with no hotel reservations so We picked this hotel on a whim..We was visiting Niagara falls and needed a place to stay nearby but not TOO close. And this was it. It's about 30min from the falls. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. I was very happy with it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again of its in my destination!!!

This hotel is conveniently located to Buffalo University and Buffalo State College, and it was relatively moderately priced. I found it to be average, but would not stay here again. Here is my breakdown of the "pros" and "cons" of this hotel. Pros: 1. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I told the front desk person that my room had an unpleasant odor (like someone had smoked in it), she immediately offered to switch rooms for me, or, in the alternative, to deodorize the room (there is actually a machine for that). 2. The hotel was conveniently located to Buffalo State College and Buffalo University. 3. Breakfast was included in the price, and included eggs, sausages, toast, and cereal. 4. The room had, among other things, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, and a nice flat screen TV. 5. The hotel was clean. Cons: 1. My room had an unpleasant odor. 2. The toilet/shower area was ridiculously small. A large person would probably feel very cramped in it, and a claustrophobic person would probably feel uncomfortable. A wheel-chair bound person could not fit it in at all. The shower was only a shower stall. Whoever designed that tiny toilet-bathroom area apparently was not considering the comfort of the customer, but merely the best way to economize space for the hotel. 3. The toilet/shower area was separated from the sink area by a pocket door, which was awkward to use.

Drove to Buffalo from Richmond, VA - great trip with much enjoyment and no traffic; beautiful countryside all the way. Hotel was very relaxing, room clean and smelled great! Staff very welcoming and friendly. Coffee in the lobby 24 hrs! Nice breakfast (enough to get that morning energy). Great location to a major highway; close to everything including a nice big mall. Plenty great restaurants!! Definitely will stay there again when visiting my daughter. Highly recommend (and I am not all that easy to please!). :)

My family and I loved this hotel. We were able to relax in the hot tub while our children swam in the pool, the beds were comfortable, and the hearty breakfast was a great start to our adventures.

rooms are very clean people at front desk are very nice staffs are very kind and willing to help this hotel makes my niagara falls trip comfortable

We booked this hotel around a week before we needed it. Check-in time was after 3pm. We got there around 11pm and they said that they gave the room away and that they did not have any other. We had to scramble to find another hotel. Would not trust booking here again.

Took my family of five for one night and I was very happy with this hotel. The bathroom was very small, but it sufficed for our family for a single night. I thought the service was very polite and friendly - even let the kids stay a little longer than expected in the pool. It was nice that the pool closed at 10pm since we got there earlier that evening. Other places we've stayed it was closed at 9 or 9:30. Kids had a blast there and in the hot tub. We had to use a cot for one of the kids and it was very uncomfortable, but the staff assured us that new ones were being purchased soon. Check-in and check-out was very quick as well. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Every member of the staff was pleasant and helpful. It seemed like a family oriented stay. Everyone made you feel like you were special and they were happy to have you stay with them. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to mall, Frank Loyd Wright house, around 20 minutes to Niagaras Falls. Very friendly staff.

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, the staff was soooo friendly and the service was great! The continental breakfast was very, very good; both hot and cold food choices. Our room was two double beds NS and it was great. I think the ONLY thing I would tweak and want changed is somehow have it more private for the bathroom sink area. It is wide open to the room. Other than that though, the room was good. Nice TV. We will definitely stay there again when we go to the area to visit family and friends.

Our stay (one night) was perfectly acceptable. The hotel facilities were in line with expectations - rooms were clean but not luxurious. Free internet was a nice aspect.

Very cheerful and helpful staff along with a great room.

Was nice being greeted by friendly, professional staff. The breakfast included was amazing! Perfect to kick start my day of sights and seeing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone! It's professional, clean, and nice enough, and well priced.

Friendly Staff, Hotel is very easy to locate and is pretty near to Niagara Falls. Nice peaceful way to relax after a long drive. Rooms are neat and tidy, with a refreshing continental break-fast in the morning made our stay comfortable and exciting. I would surely stay here when I visit Niagara next time.

First time guest and was impressed with the very helpful and friendly staff. Continental breakfast and 24 hr coffee available was an added bonus. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. King bed room extremely small, not much room for 2 people to get dressed at the same time. I think the rooms with 2 beds were much roomier. Convenient location to almost anything you would need, shopping, dining, sightseeing etc.
