We stayed here during the Rock and Roll Marathon Weekend. The location to all activities and the city was fantastic. The room was small. You could hear everything people said in the hallways as they walked throughout the night. When they tell you to lock your valuables in the safe you must do this. We had money stolen from a maid that we had hidden inside a suitcase. The rest of the staff was always great!

Very small room, but updated and clean. great location. Bathroom had a barn door so not much privacy.Perfect location and friendly staff. No problems at all. $30 a day for parking.

2nd time staying here. always friendly staffing, Continental breakfast is decent

Friendly staff, well appointed rooms Oman excellent locations.

Went on a trip with my sister to experience New Orleans in all it has to offer. This hotel was within walking distance (with proper shoes) to the French quarter, to the smoothie king center and streetcars. The day staff was very friendly, night staff not so much. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was good (especially the cinnamon rolls). For the price, I would definitely recommend this again.

I was in New Orleans for a festival and Halloween, so the room was more a place to pass out after the events of the day. But it was certainly very comfortable, clean and convenient. Only about 3 blocks from Canal and Bourbon Street, where all the action is, not to mention it was very close to the Superdome (although that wasn't my priority.) The staff was very polite and accommodating. There is breakfast in the morning! BIG plus. Also coffee 24/7. There were also 2 or 3 bars/restaurants within 1 block of the hotel, but I only went to Walk-Ons, which was a pretty good sports bars. Room was cleaned when I wanted it to be and left alone when I didn't. Cable TV, free wifi, coffee maker, hair dryer, mechanical window shades, full climate control...all the good stuff. My two complaint are that the walls and doors into the hallway are paper thin. I could hear everything going on outside my room very clearly, which wasn't conducive to sleeping in. The cleaning staff made quite a bit of noise while they made their rounds. And the elevators were slow and unpredictable. They probably need an upgrade. (There is also a good deal of construction going on nearby the hotel at this time, but there's nothing to be done about that from the hotel's stand point. Just a heads up to future patrons.)

Decent location. About a 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street. About a $10.00 taxi ride to pretty much all points of interest; Bourbon Street, WWII museum, Riverwalk, Harrah's, Aquarium and Paddlewheel boats. The staff was friendly. The room was nothing to brag about, but clean. The only reason I didn't give a higher rating is because we reserved a King room and were given a room with 2 doubles. My wife and I were there for our 15th wedding anniversary. Having to unpack and repack the next day was an inconvenience. The first room they put us in also had a broken bathroom sliding door and the glass door into the shower was dangerously loose. The free breakfast was an added bonus, but being in New Orleans and surrounded by world renowned restaurants, we didn't take advantage of the free breakfast very often.

the hotel is in a nice area and very convenient to bourbon street and the French quarters. the breakfast is amazing, however the service is not the best. my room keys did not work because the tellers were running their mouths and didn't complete the checking in properly. also I ran out of toilet paper and had to call several times to get it replaced. when the maid came up to the deliver the toilet paper he told me they only had 10 rolls and could not give out more than 1 (I had gotten sick and needed tissue on call). other than that its a great location and uber rides are $5 for each ride. you really cant beat that. also I had called in advance to get adjoining rooms (approx. 4 weeks) and did not.

Great experience, we will come back here again. Great location and clean room.

Most of the time staff and service acted very professional when we requested their attention. On the third day we request to change the towels and clean the room. Neither of them happened. This is very important, there is a noise coming from the ice maker machine close to room 207 during almost all nights. It looks like the ice cubs are melting and you hear the draining of the water.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Just a couple of blocks from burbon street. I liked the hotel a lot. Will stay there again

The hotel was located conveniently between the Mercedes Benz Superdome and the French Quarter. The rooms were modern and clean. The pool area was just so so. Overall, the staff was good, but what made the experience great was a young lady named Danielle who understands great service. If you're lucky enough to run into her, you'll understand. She takes cares of things, she has fun with her work, and makes you feel like family.

Our hotel experience was terrible. From the staff to the room. Overall it was bad. It wasn't clean. There was people running and yelling thru the hallway at 3am. Staff was nowhere to be found when needed. Definitely a negative experience I will never forget.
