Very friendly staff, very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great, excellent coffee options and everyone was always very kind and helpful. I really have no complaints except one. I think the fee of $35/day to pay for parking is too much. I realize parking is valuable, but I think the fee should be must less. Loved it, would stay again!!

I’ve stayed at this on 2 separate trips to NOLA and I recommend. It’s within walking distance of the French Quarter, competitively priced, & has gated parking. Now for a few heads ups. 1) The rooms are smaller, so the bathrooms are barn door style & the sinks are right beside the beds. So if you have bathroom privacy concerns, this location won’t be for you 2) The parking lot is gated/lit/safe, but it’s n additional charge per night that isn’t added to your quote on Expedia, so be prepared for a parking charge at check-in. Other than that, recommend for staying to experience/vacation in New Orleans.

Staff very polite and helpful. Food okay meat dry. The floors dirty needed to be cleaned. Cabinet door to refrigerator was broken handle to barn door broken. Beds clean and comfortable.

Did not require a wheelchair accessible room

For some reason the Front Desk at check-in thought I needed a wheelchair accessible room :(, I had to wait from Noon until 3pm for a room to be made ready! A bad experience. Why did my booking say I needed a handicapped to up pe if room? Please advise

In the middle of the city, the rooms are but tight but manageable. Limited space, they don't mention upon booking that it’s $34 a day to park please be weary of that upon booking.

Average hotel. Expensive for the quality, but it's New Orleans so it was the most affordable we could find. 30 minute walk to the French Quarter. Little details made it less enjoyable. Sheets were paper thin and rough. Hotel breakfast had limited healthy options. Coffee / Tea station inside room was not stocked, so only hot water. Parking was an additional $34 which seems insane since it is not a garage or covered or gated or anything. The parking garage around the corner was gated with security and was $25.
