If you’re looking for a historical yet updated property in the French Quarter you will not be disappointed. This was my second stay here and I didn’t need to look anywhere else. Great staff, hotel, restaurant, and perfect location in the French Quarter. On the corner of Bourbon and Canal.

The room had a very musty odor. Our reservation said breakfast was included it was not instead we were given a voucher for a drink which ended up being coffee tea or a beer. Highly disappointed for a $1500 room.

Yes. Except two days we didn’t get any towels. We had to ask the front desk twice. Our garbage was not emptied in 5 days. We had to ask twice for more toilet paper. We did get to check in early which was an added bonus. The location is amazing!! The bedding was changed once in the five days which was also nice!

Room good. Not enough staff on reception to assist with guest verses check-ins. A breakfast voucher has to be collected each morning from the front desk in order to get breakfast (not sure why they can’t provide at check in). You have to line up with check in guests to receive the voucher in order to get breakfast. On our last day we had time constraints as we had an Uber booked for a 9.30 am departure. We asked for a breakfast voucher 45 minutes prior to our departure and we were told to wait in line. There were five people in line at the time waiting to check in. That was not acceptable. They need to change the process or learn how to multi-task while assisting check-ins. Breakfast items on first day one hour before it ended were not replenished so essentially had access to half of the options.

Room was clean but the lighting is terrible!!! Window was so small you couldn’t even use natural light! And the shower handle fell off in our hand. But great otherwise! Would definitely stay again
