First room we were in was not so good. The toilet backed up and the mini bar sink was backed up. After we informed the front desk,they quickly moved us to a comparable room. From there on out the rest of our stay was excellent.

This is a really nice spot, although there were a few things i would prefer, the location and staff made this a top pick for sure. My only complaints were no microwave in the room but I think I knew that when I booked. The bathroom could use a fan, the way the shower is set up you have to step in to turn it on. There isnt any airflow so it can get stuffy and the tv plays Netflix but you need to have an ad-free subscription. Also, one of the dryers doesnt work so we spent $3 before kicking out the towels from the good one and then they dried real quick. Overall its a nice hotel, very clean, wonderful staff, a lot is literally there as soon as you walk out. Felt very safe doors locked late night so only those with a keycard could get in. 24 hr front desk, little convenience store.

Quite just how we liked it. Clean, and smelled good. Still in the heart of the French quarter. Loved how areas to visit were walking distance. Friendly staff as well.
