I recommend this place
Very nice staff. Great location
The property was under construction. So, the conditions couldn’t be helped. It didn’t affect my stay. It was a very nice stay.
Room was comfy, clean and spacious. Nice getaway from the nearby Bourbon St. Although I knew construction was happening in the lobby, you could hear it loudly many floors up all morning. so, if under construction, do not stay. Otherwise this is a nice hotel.
Lots of homeless
The 2 staff women at the front desk were very professional and so nice during our entire stay. the last day we were there while in the lobby we seen a roach. We needed to use the microwave in the lobby, but it was dirty and it had gnats flying out of it. Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel is walking distance to bourbon street about 3 blocks. You don't hear noise once you are inside the hotel. Our room was clean nothing bad about it.
The valet guy was very friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk was friendly and explained the amenities well. Once I figured out how to turn the air conditioning on I was in heaven. I would definitely want to stay here longer next time.
This property is very convenient to the French Quarter and easy access to the other parts of the city!
Nice hotel. Very clean. Love that there is a Starbucks on the main level. Just didn't like that valet wasn't always available. Had to call front desk several times to summon valet & had to wait.
Good place
The facility was perfectly located within walking distance of many sites. Great rooms. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever found anywhere we have traveled.
Well maintained. Close enough to everything in the French quarter to be walkable but off Bourbon Street for peace and quiet. Staff was amazing!
The staff, especially at the front desk, was always wearing a smile and very knowledgeable regarding the tours and restaurants.
Location is great. Staff friendly and helpful.
Room setup was great. Location was great too!
Nice room and excellent location. Staff was very nice. Only downside was our room was hot. It seemed like the air was not functioning appropriately.
The staffs are friendly. The hotel is centrally located to the most NOLA tourist attractions and there are lots of restaurants and shoppings around the area. You can walk from the hotel to Jackson square and around the area but some of the streets are felty and there are some homeless sleeping on the streets that is common in New Orleans. You can also take an Uber for $10. They have a valet parking but it’s expensive considering that the room charge is already high. There are no free water bottles in the room but they sale it at the market lobby for $3 which is over priced. The hotel room is spacious and clean.
