Property was very clean. Check in was a breeze. Great location.

The unique antique building! Located in a great area. Very close from French Quarters and convenient for walking

The location was great. In walking distance of the French Quarter

Property needs to be updated! No amenities and no real food for breakfast! The staff is really great, and the location makes it easy to get to where you are going.

The lobby of the property is beautiful. My stay included staying in 2 different rooms. One room had tile/black mold issues near the shower. Would like to see some investment to improve the rooms. Hotel staff were incredibly professional.

My check in was amazing. Ashley at the front was so accommodating and let me check in early. Everything was great until my daughter and I tried to sleep. The air was broken. The room stayed 80 degrees. Just kind of sucked to pay over 200 dollars to sleep in an 80 degree room.

Convenient location between business district and french quarter. Easy to walk to anything plus trolley stops one block away. Hotel used to be a bank but needs updating in the rooms. Loose wallpaper everywhere. Our room was comfortable but could use a mini fridge. Also needs a deep cleaning of bathroom floor since tou can see old dirt worked in. Bathtub had poor drainage when we arrived but was fine, by end of our week you would have standing water over your ankles and it would take several hours to drain. I was under original impression that continental breakfast was included but you actually had to pay 3 dollars per day using some sort of voucher. We went to several cute coffee shops just around the corner or down the streets for full breakfast instead. Overall stay was fine for what we paid but the hotel could use some renovations.

Great location! Friendly staff! Definitely recommend!

We had a really good experience at this hotel. There was traffic noise, but otherwise it was quiet, clean, comfortable room and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. They had no problem letting my friend check in before I got there even though the reservation was in my name.

The Whitney is walking distance to The French quarter, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is gorgeous and historic. We loved our stay!

I spent five nights at The Whitney Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very helpful, especially with an emergency situation with which they provided assistance. Also, the location is very convenient to downtown New Orleans, the convention center area, and the French Quarter (which is only about a ten minute walk away, and we always felt safe doing so). It's also just a slightly longer walk, or short cab ride, to the Superdome and Smoothie King Center. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts, and while we did not use the fitness center, it looked very suitable for any exercise needs. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Brittany at front desk is very helpful!. Hotel very close to Mercedes Benz Stadium so we never had to get a cab, We were able to walk to restaurants too.... perfect location.

It is advertised as a 3.5 star but the only thing 3.5 is the lobby. Furniture in room was old. Our bed was terrible as it made you roll to the center. Old windows allowed you to hear everything outside. I feel like I got dupped.

It's a historic hotel (former bank) with a lot of history and is located right int he center of downtown New Orleans.

Hotel was centered around all activities that my group partipated in. Customer service was great and the hotel staff was very friendly! I will definitely book this hotel again.

Staff were super friendly. Short walk to Super Dome and Casino. Water pressure for shower a little low. Interesting building and architecture. Was originally an old bank.

This was our second stay at the Whitney Hotel. Beautiful, historic, clean comfortable, and plenty of room. Each time we need a place to stay in downtown NOLA, we will stay at the Whitney.

Wow...the photos are very misleading! The hotel is tiny and the rooms are old and run down. My room was dirty, musty and small as heck! The front desk staff was amazing though...
