Everything was amazing. The house was spotless and had everything we needed down to umbrellas at the front door. Ben our host even allowed us to check in early to make it easier for us after our flights landed. A host. Would definitely rebook!

The host, Ben stayed in contact as needed, and was pleasant to communicate with, the property was as advertised, beautiful decorations throughout the property, we did feel safe enough in our surroundings to walk to Bourbon St, lots of space to accommodate our group to where everyone had their own bedroom and enough bathrooms to where no one had to wait to use one, my group couldn't stop commenting on the accommodations and they can't wait till the next group trip to New Orleans, we're definitely going to try and book Ben's property, hopefully we can book during summer or spring season to utilize the outdoors amenities...a time was definitely had

Very Nice

Good location, beautiful set up, loved the ability to have it combined or separated! The decor was also lovely. All six of us slept comfortably on the beds. Very clean. Close to food and casino. Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable, well-appointed and well-maintained property. Bedrooms and amenities are visually accurate, as advertised. The rooms are clean, bright, and ecclectically decorated. Location is convenient to all areas of interest, just 1.5 miles from the French Quarter and 4 blocks from Whole Foods, a coffee shop and local brewery. Gated, private, two-car outdoor parking. Thoughtful details towards guests' anticipated needs: washer and dryer, bath towels, kitchen equipment/cookware/utensils with labeling, and assorted cleaning products. Ben, the proprietor, was quick to answer any questions, and address concerns during our week-long stay. Directions to access the property were helpful. Secured WiFi was fast and reliable.

Great stay in NOLA

Wonderful accommodations and hospitality from this host and home. Full house is large and accommodating for large groups. I traveled with 4 coworkers and we all had ample space and bathroom accessibility. 2 kitchens and living rooms also helped. Fun decor and really communicative hosts. We had a beeping smoke detector and they came and remedied while we were out to dinner. Never felt unsafe. Walked 22 minutes to bourbon street.

Spacious & comfortable home close to the French Quarter

My family of 5 spent three nights at this property just after Thanksgiving. I booked this home because it was spacious and had more than enough bedrooms to accommodate my husband and I, our two teen daughters, and my mother-in-law. I also liked that it is smoking and pet free. The property was as advertised and the host was very responsive. Check in was seamless and we received the info well in advance of our travel date. This home is very spacious with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 on each floor), and had a generous supply of toiletries and other convenience items. Parking was more than sufficient as the property had two driveways. There were several tvs in the units and we also loved the two kitchens and living areas. The space was comfortable and well decorated. Although the home is old, it has been renovated and is lovely. As stated in the description, this home is very close to the French Quarter, and that is very convenient.We did encounter issues with the wifi and notified the host. He was concerned and responsive but the issue was never rectified while we were there. It was not a huge deal because it didn't interrupt our enjoyment of Netflix and the other streaming svcs, but it was inconvenient as we needed to use our cell phone hot spots to use our laptops, which ran up our data usage. Also, the cleaning crew could have been more attentive, and I provided that feedback. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home and would book this property again.

The charge fees they "forgot" to add into the total after you've paid your balance and there is nothing you can do about it. They didn't even bother to tell they were charging me more than the agreed price. Terrible customer service!Terriblecusll

NOLA Spacious Retreat

Our stay was great. Close enough that we walked to bourbon street and some of the other activities we had planned. House was clean. Plenty of parking in the double driveway. And check in/ check out was a piece of cake. 10/10 would rent again.

Great girls weekend!

Loved everything about our stay! There were 9 of us all together and there was plenty of room! Everything was clean. The location was so convenient to everything. Literally a 5 minute drive to the French Quarter. The hosts were so great with communication and recommendations. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Great group house

The location to the French quarter was perfect. Close to get there in a few minutes but not in the middle of it. The backyard pics seem a little off from what was there during our stay so I would recommend updating those but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!!

As Pictured- Comfy Cozy -Everything you Could Need!

The house was wonderful!! Exactly as pictured. I felt safe, but not enough to walk alone at night. During the day the greenway is actively used by bicyclists and dog walkers. Having so much space, bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone in my party was amazing, there was coffee and creamer stocked as well as shampoo conditioner and body wash! (NICE surprise!!) VERY CLEAN. A few things could be updated, a few cracks in the floor tiles but honestly it is hard to find much wrong with this location. Beds are comfy memory foam but a little firm. Lots of pillows/blankets... really you cant beat it. Ubers had no trouble finding us, and into the heart of the french qurter is a ten minute ride. This place really is a gem!
