The location was great! Not too far yet not to close to Bourbon Street. I was able to rest when I wanted to.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, modern decor, clean big room, helpful staff. We'd definitely repeat.

Top of the game for this level hotel, don't see any room for improvement.

It was the perfect location Really appreciated the courtesy of the staff

No restaurant. Many close by, but not in hotel. Wanted easier access

Very property and perfect location for all activities.

Absolutely love the trendy look ! Service and everythiiiing they had. Pool and gym were closed the day we stayed.

The room was clean and had a nice bed with long sofa, just like at the picture. It located in Center Business District, close to restaurants and close to the Tram (trolley in New Orleans $1.25 per ride or $3.00 for a day) which was so easy to navigate, tram will take you to French Quarter or the cemetery and a nice attraction too since the system was so old (since 1835). The pool and gym are nice, a great place to relax after a long walk, my young son love it. Mother's restaurant is located a cross of the hotel with very delicious meals (all day breakfast, lunch or dinner, opened in 1938). All the staffs were nice and friendly. The only thing was they missed a day of room cleaning on the second day we were there (I opted for saving the environment, but didn't get the $5.00 reward they promised and the room wasn't cleaned at all, in other hotel they still clean the room without changing the towels or the sheets). But we had a great time after all and will definitely come back.

I loved staying here! The staff was friendly, there was plenty to do & the rooms were comfy. The only thing I'd say is eating in the hotel can become pricey however there are plenty areas to eat at reasonable prices right next door. Oh by the way, the casino is right across the street.

Missed cleaning our room two days in a row. Very slow valet setbice.

Generally pleasant stay, but in the morning there was no hot water, only warm. Valet parking was $45 a night, but they parked my car on the public street in downtown New Orleans. Was that worth $45 a night, where someone could have hit the car, keyed it, broken in, etc. ? I was under the impression it would be in a secure private parking area, so that was very disappointing.

Very good location across from Harrah’s casino and walking distance to bourbon street and the French quarter Danny the concierge was full of knowledge on things to do

Just steps away from Harrah's, which was excellent for our concert at the Fillmore. The restaurant was never open, and the lobby was confusing. The lobby didn't make for an enjoyable drink area, after a long day of site seeing.

Very friendly staff and very good room facilities in general, but small details were very disappointing, especially given the very high price of the room: 1. For hot water you should wait for 15 minutes on the 7 floor, I'm not sure what happened on the other ones 2. The coffee maker didn't work 3. there is no tea bags in the room, only coffee 4. cleaning was not done properly In general, the prices of breakfast in the hotel are excessive...

HVAC was undergoing modifications and in some rooms the AC did not work very well. Should be fixed soon I imagine. Po-boy sandwich in lounge was great. Cleaning ladies and maintenance man were full of smiles and very helpful All concerns were immediately Athens care of.
