Hotel is lovely. The only thing we were surprised about was the valet parking and no one could recommend more parking to void paying the $104 when we only stayed pretty much 36-38 hours in New Orleans.

We were warmly greeted by AJ, the bellman, and Jonathan, the valet. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. Because we arrived before the 4 p.m. check-in, we decided to relax at the bar, where we met Vegas, the bartender. She was absolutely amazing—her cocktails were top-notch, and her personality sparkled. Vegas truly embodies what great customer service should be! While at the bar, we also met Joy—and her name says it all! She radiated positivity and made us feel completely at home. Every single staff member we encountered delivered luxury-level service that exceeded expectations and elevated our entire New Orleans getaway. From Karen, who helped me book the room, to AJ and Jonathan with their impeccable assistance, to Vegas and Joy who made us feel so welcomed and special—these five exceptional team members made our stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved my stay at Le Meridien and can’t wait to return.
