We stayed for three nights. Housekeeping did not come at all during our stay. Had to go to the front desk twice to ask for clean towels and soap. No one came to empty trash, make up beds or take out dirty towels during our stay. I will never stay there again

Close to everything in the city without feeling busy

Beautiful property. Clean establishment. Professional. I wish there was a laundry area. I’m not sure if I had time to ask.

Check in was at 4 I couldn’t get one of my room until almost 6 and was told be patient but I purchased this room and requested a connecting room way ahead of time. No one was even assigned to the room in housekeeping . We asked and they wouldn’t give complimentary valet even tho I purchased 3 different rooms and spent well over 2000 on rooms. None of the ice machines worked I had to find one throughout the hotel when calling down to the front desk they said let them know when I find one and call me back. They would not provide better rooms on another floor due to the inconvenience. Don’t get me wrong some of the staff was friendly but not all especially the supervisor on duty Wednesday night.

Great location. Sadly, the restaurant was closed, the bar was closed, and they had no maid staff. If we wanted towels or toiletries for the room, we had to go down to the front desk. Very unfortunate situation.

The A/C and T/V didn’t work. They never cleaned our room. Ice machine wasn’t working and staff very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this property again and will not advise anyone else either.

Great location, great staff.

This was not a clean hotel sadly. I had to switch out of the first room given to me because there were stains on the rug and couch. The second room was just OK and I didn’t have the energy to keep going back and forth. There was a purple stain on my comforter, I also found a random deodorant on the side of my bed which wasn’t mine. This place needs to get it together.

Worst pillows and bed, in my contract states river view for all three resevations.......no view except st. FALSE ADVERTISING. SECURITY SAFE NOT WORKING, technician could not fix.
