We had an excellent view from our room everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was big and airy The only problem we had was towels there were 3 of us in room and they would only leave two towels si every morning we had to go find housekeeper to get extra towels Thats the only problem we had. Other than that our room was great.

This is an awesome place to stay. The rooms are big and comfy! The Sizzle Stick bar makes the best drinks and you are just short walk from the quarter!

Everything was great about the property and the room but the check in was no so great. How do one have earlier checkin but cant come early. I arrived supper earlier and they claimed there was no room at all they could put me in. Amd was suppose to receive a text. Waited all sday for a text and never received it. The fromt desk gave a $30 credit which was not enough in my eyes. Dont want to sound like a b.... but that was a very bad communication there. So i stop back in the hotel so i can see if a room was ready and they just forget to text me... no that wasnt it but the couple that was standing in front of me received room to a key. So i was under the impression rooms were available. The room Service bill was a joke as well

We came down for Wrestlemania and chose the Loews to stay at. We were so happy with our selection. Every single employee was friendly and welcoming. We had so much fun. It was perfectly located for us to walk to the casino, Riverwalk, Superdome, and French Quarter. We will absolutely be back!

If you want to avoid the noise and bustle of the quarter, but still be close, this is the place to stay. Walkable distance to all the hot spots and great restaurants, but away from the craziness. The staff is great, and the room was really nice. We would definitely stay here again...
