It was very nice and clean. Booked a king bed with a city view and was originally given a small room with no city view but after bringing it to their attention they switched us to a room that we did book. Expedia gave us vip benefits including $21 credit on food at this hotel but the hotel said otherwise so we decided not try the food and walked into the city for some.

I had a fantastic experience at Loews New Orleans. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. As an Expedia VIP, I was recognized right away and received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a great start to the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless, and the staff were truly wonderful—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities were a nice bonus. There’s a clean indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center, both of which I used during my stay. The location is also ideal—just a short 3-minute walk to Canal Street and about 10 minutes to Bourbon Street. If you don’t mind walking or hopping on the streetcar, you can easily explore the city without needing a car. We used the valet service on our first day and didn’t touch the car again until we checked out three days later. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including tons of great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Loews will be my go-to hotel every time I visit New Orleans. Highly recommended!

Posh NOLA digs

Great staff and had a wonderful stay. Posh digs and very comfortable. Very close to the French Quarter but just outside it which is preferable for sleeping. 5 stars!
