We came down for Wrestlemania and chose the Loews to stay at. We were so happy with our selection. Every single employee was friendly and welcoming. We had so much fun. It was perfectly located for us to walk to the casino, Riverwalk, Superdome, and French Quarter. We will absolutely be back!

If you want to avoid the noise and bustle of the quarter, but still be close, this is the place to stay. Walkable distance to all the hot spots and great restaurants, but away from the craziness. The staff is great, and the room was really nice. We would definitely stay here again...

Great location. Great hotel experience! Right across the street from ? Harrahs, short walk to french qtr!

Started off Rocky we had two rooms and I checked into one and my daughter into one two doors down. My smell like disgusting smoke somebody was a bad guest. I immediately went downstairs we were in a hurry to get to a tour and the immediately found me a room two doors down from my daughter again and had me switched out immediately. It's how you handle the bad moments that determine what makes you a great Hotel. We love the location we love how modern and clean it is. It's close to shopping it's close to the aquarium and close to the riverfront. Would definitely come back.

Truly enjoyed my stay....from the front desk staff, to the room, to the valet, and everything in between. Danielle and Andre were especially helpful, courteous, and professional. They really cared.

Hotel rooms are very large and up to date. Across the street from Casino and not a bad walk at all to all areas of French quarter. We even walked to Frenchman Street and back. I would stay here again without a doubt. But what truly made the stay was the staff. From front desk to the housekeepers everyone was super friendly. One staff member was most outstanding and his friendly personality and knowledge of where to eat and go made our stay memorable Terrace the concierge is a true gem to this staff and hotel. Without his help out NOLA experience would have been just ok, with his help it was memorable. If the hotel sees this or if Terrace you see this thank you for all you do. Sincerely Ray and Alicia Olschewski.

Nice location...walkable distance to all things you would want to do or see in New Orleans! Hotel staff were very accommodating and the room was very comfortable and quite. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience than that of the Lowes.

The hotel was very clean! The room was spacious and beds were so comfortable! Walking distance to shops, casinos, and restaurants! The staff was so friendly ! We will definitely be back!

This was a great hotel. Very clean and convenient location. We will be back.

The rooms are very old and need refreshment. The Overnight crew not very friendly and the bar closes extremely early (11 Pm)

Good except garment bag got left in room upon check out

Limited hot water Coffee maker did not work In room phone did not work when attempting to contact front desk

Great hotel. Enjoyed late night food on our arrival in the bar. Very helpful and attentive to requests. Would recommend hotel to anyone visiting NOLA. Casino next door!

This is a great location convenient to all things happening in downtown New Orleans - 5 minute walk to the Aquarium, less than 10 minute walk to Bourbon St. The hotel was beautifully decorated with very clean rooms. The valet service was exceptional but the rest of the staff was very marginal. Bartenders were down right rude (very snobby to be more exact). I would definitely stay here again and it's a great place for families, couples, friends, etc.

Excellent service very accomadating and would highly recommend

The only complaint is that we had to ask for more towels every day. Otherwise, perfect.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. I loved the decor and the bar was great.

We stayed for 4 night and enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool area was very nice and relaxing. We were glad it wasn't outside since the heat in New Orleans during August is not very pleasant. The staff were all nice and efficient. We did have an issue where the housekeeping never left face cloths on two different days. The hotel is located in a great spot. You can walk to the French Quarter as well as some of the new "in" spots in what used to be the warehouse/business section. All in all we definitely recommend the hotel.

The train going by kept waking me up and there is no mini-bar in the room which is especially annoying because the bar closes at 11. Felt more like Salt Lake City than New Orleans

Located in easy walking distance to Convention Center and French Quarter.
