Enjoyed stay, was in town for birthday celebration. Valet staff door always friendly and helpful. Received text asking if we needed anything extra, nice touch. Staff in restaurants/bar very friendly and attentive. My wife stole my drink French 75.. was outstanding. Will be back in December

The elevators were broke and service was slow in general

A great place and great time. All u can expect and more.

Nice room upgrade that was unexpected. Domenica is the restaurant- great. Fun bar- Sazerac.

The hotel was beautiful, and we felt very safe in the busy city!

The Roosevelt was a beautiful hotel with a very opulent design, reminiscent of the Great Gatsby! However, the staff was so warm and friendly that you didn't feel as if you were staying in a hotel, but more like at a small bread and breakfast, because the staff was so attentive and hospitable. The location is excellent, as it is just outside the French Quarter and a 15 minute walk to the Superdome. The one negative incident that occurred during my stay involved the evening chambermaid dropping my makeup bag on the floor, resulting in several high end products to crumble. My boyfriend casually mentioned this to the morning shift chambermaid who, unbeknownst to me, reported it to her supervisor. I received an unexpected call on the hotel phone from Ms. Garcia who immediately apologized for the incident and immediately offered to reimburse me for the damage! I wasn't even going to report it and here was someone from the hotel taking the initiative to correct the situation. Based on this incident and the overall splendor and service, I HIGHLY recommend the ROOSEVELT and I will only stay here during my future visits to NOLA!!!

Room was small for the price , and the air didn't work that well

Very nice upscale hotel, clean rooms, very close to French Quarter attractions, only drawback is very pricey, including $44 for valet parking and $14 per drink in the Sazerac bar. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite place to stay so far in New Orleans. Just a block from Bourbon, but you could literally not leave this hotel, because of the jazz bar, sazerac bar, italian restaurant. you will love it!

Walking in, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful decor and ambience. Our room was clean, and even had a nice sized bathroom equipped with an oversized shower with body sprays. The Sazerac lounge was a great too! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel with John Besh's amazing Domenica and the classic Sazerac bar, plus a beautiful rooftop bar/hotel!

The overall hotel experience was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. On our first day we asked if it was possible to move to another room (it was too noisy outside and we could hear everything that was happening on the street), they gladly accommodated our request and moved us to another tower. Another plus of the hotel is that it is located very close to the French Quarter, but still a little bit further from all street bands, bars, cafes. So if you stay there, you most likely won't be bothered by the street noise. The hotel is a little bit expensive though, but I think it worth the money and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Although the overall appearance is extremely nice the room wasn't all that big and the service was average for the price. It's a little out of the way from everything in the city which for some might be nice but for those trying to experience NOLA, it was inconvenient.

a bit pricey but sooooo nice and comfy. Great rooftop pool and bar JUST outside the French Quarter (but and easy, quick walk).

Always stay here, love the Roosevelt. But in addition to getting none of the Marriott Silver Elite benefits I was entitled to I was put in a cramped room behind the old elevator shafts so that all night long I was awakened by the rattling, wheezing old mechanisms and the often loud and raucous conversations in the boxes themselves. The room should have been a storage room, not a guest room. However, I love the Roosevelt and will stay here again I will just double-check the room assignment well in advance.

walgreens is close if you forget something, ihop across the street but they have 3 onsite dining options, walking distance to burbon st., on a trolly line, we walked to frenchman street but it takes about 45 mins, the guy at the concierge desk was nice to us, very high end establishment. decorated for christmas so beautifully the lobby was full of non-guest gawkers day and night. turndown chocolates waiting for us at the end of the day. walking distance to rental car places but they are weird and close at 3, if you don't return by close you need to keep it for the night. costs extra to return the car rented from those places to the airport. the hotel held our bags between checkout and the time we needed to leave for the airport.

Great staff and atmosphere. We stayed here 31 years for our honeymoon, and the experience was as great now as then. Glad the Roosevelt is back.

Very fancy place! A 5 min walk to be in the heart of the French Quarter. Great roof top pool, super friendly staff!

Loved the hotel! Very nice and close to everything downtown in New Orleans ! We will stay there again!

Staff, Amenities and Ambiance are all amazing and wht you would expect from one of the finest hotels. the staff never said no. Great place for a family trip or to go with your friends. The pool was a lot of fun and the hotel restaurants were delicious.
