A Magical Christmas Stay in New Orleans... Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The Christmas décor was stunning—every corner felt festive, thoughtful, and full of charm. The history of the building added so much character, from the light‑bulb salt and pepper shakers in the restaurant to the beautiful historical touches in the front foyer. It all made the experience feel extra special. A huge shoutout to Sean at reception, who went above and beyond for us. He was courteous, friendly, and—bonus—a fellow football fan! His warmth set the tone for our whole stay. We come to New Orleans once a year for a Saints game, and after this visit, we’ll definitely be staying here again. The location is perfect and close to everything we needed.

Great stay. The only downside and reason I wouldn’t stay again is because there is no coffee in the rooms or lobby. You have to pay for it at the restaurant that also charges a 20% service fee.

I like to have coffee 1st thing in morning and having to go to bar or restaurant to get it was a pain. Fire alarm went off during night 3 times. No apologizes offered or compensation. They were supposed to mail me my receipt but it never came.

My stay at the NOPSI Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, clean, and full of character that blends classic New Orleans charm with modern luxury. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was plush, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything felt well-maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The location is perfect—centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, offering great views and a relaxing vibe. Overall, NOPSI Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans looking for comfort, style, and excellent service.

My stay was from 9 Dec to 14 Dec and my stay was mediocre at best, I did get a suite a king deluxe corner suite and if I must say it could have been much better the main bedroom had no door for whatever reason which doesn’t make any since if you have kids. The bathroom had a soaker tub but who really takes baths on vacation n New Orleans I can understand if I was in the Caribbean and has the wonderful view of water, but I had no windows in the bathroom and my room faced an alley. Our room had no amenities, no refrigerator and I have stayed in 2 star hotel that had a refrigerator I called for towels and it took 2 hours to get them, and why do I have to call the front desk every morning to have the room cleaned and to be honest all they did was make the bed in the main room. This hotel is rated 4 stars but I have stayed at hotels with less stars and better service. This was a very disappointing stay. The second day of my stay the lobby and hotel was closed due to a private event but apparently Manaus not familiar with how inconsiderate it is to have an event in the lobby of your hotel with guest checking in and walking through the lobby. Basically I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to not only enjoy New Orleans but also enjoy your stay in your hotel. The customer service was not great either there certainly needs to be some training in that area.
