It was a really pretty hotel, the customer service from all other department aside from the front desk was good. I want to give a shout out to Derek, he was amazing. He helped us with everything to do in the city and always checked on us, when he saw us in the lobby. Woody at the restaurant bar was fantastic too. My dislikes, our my room was supposed to have a fridge, it did not. It was just an open empty space. I had to keep ice in multiple ice buckets for cold water. Even when I told them there was no fridge, they did nothing. Cable was spotty. Somedays we had tv, other times we did not. They have no internet TV, so Netflix is an no go. Also, the beds are horrible! I called housekeeping to see about getting a rollaway is an option. They never called me back. It felt like I was sleeping on the pavement for a week. My back hurt the entire trip.

Hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Service is immecable and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Worth noting that rooms do not have coffee makers or fridges. Coffee in the restaurant is $7.00 and burnt. A small cafe is just a few doors down from the main entry and very affordable.
