Our home has 3 large bedrooms, each w/ a king-size bed; spacious bathrooms; a soaking tub in the primary bath; open-concept living area, and washer & dryer!

The open-concept living area features plenty of comfortable seating, TVs with streaming services, a large dining table with seating for your whole group, a spacious kitchen with large island and everything you need for making a meal on a cozy night in. There`s also a workspace area with a desk and chair off of the living room.

The bedroom/bathroom configurations are as follows: - Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed w/ TV and ensuite bath with double vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower. Also has an attached children`s bedroom with a twin daybed. **Please Note** : This home is located in the Mid-City area of New Orleans and, while a residential area, it is near lots of things you can expect when living near the urban core of a city. Like many areas of New Orleans, there are still places that have never recovered after Hurricane Katrina. Most of the homes in this neighborhood, like this one, have been lovingly restored, and others, like the one next door, are undergoing renovation or awaiting their salvation. One of the properties in this last category is the medical center/hospital that`s located across the street. It`s boarded up and fenced in and patrolled and lit at night to prevent problems. It`s nothing more than an eyesore we`re all used to, and we`ve never had any issues with anything associated with the property, but we believe it`s important to point it out so it`s not a surprise upon arrival.
You`ll have access to the entire home and backyard during your stay. Make yourselves at home!

You`ll be two blocks from a stop on the Canal Street Streetcar line (Canal & Clark and Canal & Telemachus), which connects to many popular parts of the city. Ubers and Lyfts are also easy to come by in this area any time of day or night.
**Parking** If you brought your own car, there is free street parking along the street in front of the house. During the daytime the parking along the street can be difficult to find, however, it opens up in the evening and early morning hours. Please double check street signs to ensure no illegal parking.
