Let me start by saying the staff was amazing. There was 28 of us staying at this hotel. The mini refrigerator did not work in any of the rooms except for two. Someone cover all our smoke detectors with plastic in our room. Other than that it was ok.

Stayed at this hotel from 9/26 - 9/29. It’s conveniently located in the midst of everything. It’s about 2 minute walk to Burbon Street & 1 minute walk to Canal. Additionally, there are so many stores and restaurants within walking distance of this establishment. The hotel itself was trendy, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in NO.

The bathrooom was out of tissue . The room had one towel and face cloth for two people. The room had no trash can to throw items away. The front office aid took the keys to the vehicle at 2am . The next day at 10am keys unable to be located. Worst stay ever

Front desk staff was amazing! Alicia and Alisha were literally the best! The 2 men that work in the evening and nights were equally great! Accommodating and friendly. The bar staff was also excellent. Tammy and Ben are great. Food and drinks were delicious! Only downside to this visit was the cleanliness of the rooms. It could be better. With black finishing the water and soap stains are very visible. Every time I requested a room clean up? The BARE minimum was done. The bed was barely made and room not swept well . Visible signs like a lid was left on the carpet, hair that wasn’t mine on shampoo bottles etc. Over all I gone the entire experience an 7/10. I would stay here again just from staff and good experience. I’ll come with my own cleaning supplies for more comfortability.
