All the staff members & doorman were pleasant, especially Alicia! The hotel is a prefect location to French Quarter. It’s surrounded by convenient stores & restaurants. I loved the decor of the hotel; from the lobby, the hallway & my room. My room was clean & had plenty of towels. Breakfast was great!!! I would definitely stay again & I highly recommend!

Let me say first say the staff were awesome. No problem there. Issues are maintenance and cleaning related. It's been pretty run down. Beaded art alligator in my bathroom had fallen in its frame, needs to be fixed. Also the front desk was covered in someone's pink or red drink when I checked in. The door to my room had some weird liquid that had spilled on the inside of the door and was now sticky looking. Just wasn't as good as Hotel Indigo usually is. That being said location is great.

Room was great…small but we had everything we needed. Loved all of the front desk, front door and bar employees. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Couple things to mention…our room shared a door with the room next door and we were able to hear everything. Conversations, coughing, doors slamming. Also, I was disappointed that the cleaning staff came fairly early on the third day and we were getting ready. I told them we should be gone in 5- 10 minutes but they never returned. We ran out of toilet paper and towels so that was interesting. Overall it was a great stay though!
