It was a place to sleep, I was bitten by bugs as long as the light was on, too much smoking in front of the building, and I didn’t feel safe getting on the elevator with shady looking people.

This place is old and so dirty. Random doors open. I felt like I was staying in a hostel. The pool was not accessible and it was the main reason why I booked. The front desk even gave me a green wristband knowing the pool wasn’t accessible and from what I could see it was dirty and nothing like the pictures. I will never book here again

Bedbug infestation

The location of this hotel was great, and everyone was very helpful at the counter and valet in person. The room was pretty dirty. Our tub and sink had cracks, paint was missing above our room and our ironing board was broken and they said they couldn’t replace it. We all received bedbug bites our last night. I called the lower lobby to speak to a manager, and I was put on hold for a while. Eventually, we had to just fall asleep because we had to travel in the morning.

My 1st room at beds in the bed and the shower water would not go down so we had water at our ankles & it also had a stain on the iron board. The 2nd room had crumbs on the floor and smelled like the sewer. I talked with the front desk on Thur when I saw the bed etc. he said he will let the manger’s know and they will contact me the next day which didn’t happen. I went back down the next day to speak wit the front desk again and he didn’t write it in my reservations but made a manager report. That 3rd day I went down and talk to another employee about what happened and they couldn’t find my complaint. I ask if she could reach the manger and she said she was not available but made a call and the manger said I need to come down to the desk to talk to her. I went down to talk to her the 4th day and she said she didn’t see and complaint in my reservations. I have a print out with the complaint.. she finally looked at the manager complaint sheet and found it. Then told me that it was not that she can do because I booked a third party. Reservations. . I need a full refund. I have all of the information and evidence that I need for you to be able to see everything I’m talking about.
