We stayed between Christmas and New Year’s, 2021 to 2022. The height of Covid omicron variant. As all hotels, many of the amenities were shelved or minimized. The staff was very helpful. The concierge, Carla, was quite knowledgeable and valuable. Sitting on canal street between Bourbon Street and Royal Street, it can be a bit of party central outside. Road construction has the street car routes impacted.

Nice location . Staff doesn’t answer their phones at all from the front desk to housekeeping. Overall nice place ! Would stay again

No room cleaning services - you pay a lot of money and no fresh towels - no place to throw your garbage in your room. If they arn"t not going to pick it up - give me a garbage can that will hold the garbage. Very disappointing...

The water did not work - switched us to another room where the water & phone didn’t work. We had to leave the hotel without a shower or brushing our teeth. Hotel stated they could not refund our money because they were a “third party”, and it was a City of New Orleans issue. They didn’t offer anything but free valet parking, which took over 40 minutes anyways. Disappointed…

same as before

Great location Bourbon/Canal! Make a right the party starts but enough distance so you can’t hear it from the hotel. Really nice rooms and staff is friendly. Also in front of a trolley stop.

While hotel seemed clean. Our room had stains everywere. Might have been a crime scene for all i kno. The view. Well we wont discuss that lol. The rooms ac struggled to get more than comfortable. The restaurant's food was not good. The parking annoyed me, pay for valet and yet they dont bring your car back ...you gotta get on a bus and go up to the 20 dollar self park garage to get your car .. being this close to bourbon street im sure has a ton of positives. But positively not for us

I wish there was somewhere for guests to sit outside. Maybe a balcony area. My view was horrible

hotel is old pool is small like a kids pool staff friendly but the worst thing is they have roaches and mice first room had mice we went and complained because we saw it running in the corner next room they moved us to had roaches we took pictures they moved us again and promised a 2 day refund well I checked they lied it’s right by everything but is it worth the hassle NO

Was suppose to have a King room instead got a double room then nobody came to clean room until check out no clean towels for 5 days

The location was amazing and is the main reason we chose to stay there. Emplyees were incredibly friendly and very helpful. All public/common areas of the hotel were pristine, but I felt our room was not as clean as it could have been. It was by no means filthy, you could tell they aren't paying attention to the little details. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Needed to request housekeeping which didn’t always work. Then only dropped off clean towels on bed

Location was great No one came to clean the room while I was there/did not request do not disturb

The thing I liked was that it was close in proximity to the French quarter and transportation to where I was visiting using the trolleys and buses. The room was very nice as well. But the temperature was either cold or muggy and I had to get another room because the first one was flooded and the second one smelled like cigarettes. Plus the covers were so thin I couldn’t keep warm.

Got in early and room was ready for check in.
