Terrible service, empathy and zero professionalism. Really a disappointment for the first time visiting New Orleans. They should change these policies and have their staff improve the attitude for people who come from abroad to enjoy New Orleans

For this to be a crown property, we were disappointed. The lobby was very nice, but many areas of the hotel were closed off, and the amenities were lacking. The room we had on the second floor was very dark with only a small window looking across to another room gave very much prison vibes, with a small tv in the corner, the hallway was dimly lit and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it by myself. The pool was laughable overall I would not recommend this hotel while it’s convenience to Bourbon Street is impeccable. It is in sorely need of a renovation.

Gabby & Chealsa were stars! ⭐️ They made sure I was accommodated greatly. The room was nice and cozy.

Hotel had a large booking from a fraternity, they ran up and down the halls yelling at hours of the night. It got bad enough that they pulled the fire alarm at 2:30 in the morning.

Rooms are smaller than expected and valley parking is tough. Great location. Little loud at night

STAY AWAY!!!!! I was told that I would receive a text or a phone call when a room became available, that never happened!! We saw other guest going up the stairs and we walked back to the counter and the lady says “Oh we have rooms available”. No one called or said anything like Vivek said!!! They gave me a room and my son’s grandmother room were near each other but she did request for a conjoining room, got up stairs and my room smelled like MILDEW!!! I went downstairs and a woman that was pregnant with braids going to the back of her head was RUDE IS EVER, as if it’s my fault she gave me a terrible room. She got smart with my 70 year old son’s grandmother and she should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! The next night my heat stopped worked, I called the front desk in a span of two hours and they never sent anyone up and stopped answering the phone, I called great relations and as soon as the representative called them the man came up in less than 5 minutes! He didn’t fix anything because the next day I had no heat, and when I called downstairs again and they completely stopped answering any of my calls even for towels. I text the manager who had asked me about my experience the first day and I said I have no heat and they said they would let someone know, the same person comes upstairs and says it’s not going pass 76 that why the heat not coming on, I’ll get you a new thermostat!!! HE NEVER CAME BACK, I tossed and turned because it was so cold in my room. No manager has called!!

This property is perfectly located in the French Quarter adjacent to Bourbon St

Great place

It’s on the corner of canal and bourbon street which is not safe. Valet parking is automatically charged and we had to self park 4 blocks from the hotel ourselves and carry our bags. It took 2 hours just to get into the hotel from being stuck in our car in traffic for 2 hours which caused us to miss dinner reservations that we had for 4 months. The air in our room was not working and it took 3 calls and the day after we got there to have someone see about it. Not to mention the homeless people that walk in to use restrooms in the lobby that smell. Management NEEDS to better.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. No light on the bathroom. Elevators broke one day and there was a man in a wheelchair that the booked on 2nd flr that couldn't get to his room after checking in. they ran out of towels. When i went to get ice from the ice machine, i walked on our floor to where it was and the carpet was soaking wet, only to find out when I got there that it was out of order. The front desk was so slow. Many people waited over and hour in line just to check in a night. When we checked out, the staff couldn't get us a cab in front of our hotel so we had to carry all our luggage 1 1/2 blocks away to gat a cab from a different hotel. Definitely NOT worth the extremely high price they charged.

There was no hot water at all and they did not give us extra towels. They’re was no way we could shower in the cold freezing water.

This was by far, the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, our sink was dirty and would not drain. The toilet was leaking into the carpet outside of the bathroom, causing us to wear shoes at all times throughout the hotel room to avoid getting our feet wet. Maintenance knocked on our door multiple times to address issues that we never called about. Making it seem like they were checking to see if we were still in the room for whatever reason. When we finally did get a room change, the temperature controls in that room did not work. Never staying at this hotel again.

Overall the hotel experience was good. Lobby clean and inviting. Door is attended. Our room was clean but getting cleaning and supplies was near impossible. We had to call several times and stop cleaning staff none of whom spoke English. We get better English visiting Tokyo than we do in our native country

Great location, great restaurant inside hotel. A little noisy in mornings Overall a good experience

Not hit water at check in and wasn't told by staff about a water issue they were having. Checked in on Thursday night. Finally got water warm enough to shower Saturday morning, but it wasn't hot. Didn't get hot water until Saturday night.
