I felt very safe. I was traveling alone and I loved that there were always doormen, needed key to room to operate doors and elevators. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom had wonderful shower. Close to transportation and yummy restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel! Stayed there during Mardi Gras which is a super busy and hectic time for the hospitality industry. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was clean, in excellent condition, and the location is primo for Mardi Gras or just regular vacation. Walking distance to the French Quarter, French Market, Aquarium, and so much more. Highly recommend and plan to stay there again!!

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Fitness facilities and pool were incredibly clean and great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldnt stay here during Carnival though. Its on the parade routes so we got stuck a few times!! Any other time of year, top notch..
