The hotel was very pleasant. The staff was great and the location was excellent for all activities. Great shopping in the River walk Mall. The trolley's by the hotel made everything so convenient. The restaurant in the hotel named Drago's is a must for the char grilled oysters. The only thing my wife said was wrong was the beds were a little firm. Great experience and I can't wait to visit again. Wish I had more time there.

Great location. Annoyed though that WiFi in the room costs extra per day.

There were really nice restaurants and bars in the hotel. The staff was very attentive and worked hard to fulfill all needs.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a little tight but the bed was very comfortable and the view of the Mississippi River was spectacular!

It was good. Huge hotel.nice gym but not complimentary.

Enjoyed our stay. The trolley that goes to the French quarter is right next to the hotel. The river walk outlets connect to the hotel and the cruise line terminal is in the outlets so you can walk from hotel to terminal. The only negative is that everyday early in the morning I was awaken by the loud blaring of a train horn. That was annoying. Their restaurant Dragos is very good with reasonable prices.

Room was ok. A little small especially the bathroom. Bed was nothing to right home about. View from our room terrible. AC made a noise at night that was annoying.

Nice location and very enjoyable stay. I loved walking along the River Walk.

I felt total spoiled and pampered. Everyone was so helpful. The valet attendants and bell men were all very professional and made my 11 and 4 year old granddaughters feel like Queens for the day! Room, beds, towels, etc all very comfy. It was everything I expected from a Hilton stay! Plus it was convenient to the activities we had planned for the day and an easy walk to site see and take in the local flavors!

Everything you want to see is within walking distance. French Quarter, downtown, shops, boats. Transportation is readily available if needed. We had a great time there and hotel staff is always there to help and guide you.

Not much of a Hilton fan.. Even if you can afford it they exploit the amenities at outrageous prices because they know you have no choice but to pay for it. Won't be going back. On a good note the location is unbeatably ideal if you ever want to be in the heart of downtown area.. City cart pics you up right in front of the hotel.

Wonderful facility, friendly staff, great restaurant and timely room service. Outlet shopping, very convenient to hotel, even has Cafe DuMond beignets! Great location! Only negative was $44.00/ night parking.

It was within walking distance of everything, the bed was SUPER comfortable, room service was exceptional.

Nice parking garage. Could walk downtown from hotel in minutes.

I stayed 3 night in May, 2017. There is construction going on near by outlet and the train station is right going through the hotel. A lot of group, old people are drucken and very noise when the train is passing by. The room needs to be updated, very yukky tobaco smell in the room. not clean at all. Don't go there, I paid $250/night (very small studio), you may get better hotel around canal st. You may get better room at Harrah's casino hotel!!!

Very nice staff , fast check in and check out. Good location . But the picture on our room wall is kind of creepy. It's a face of a woman staring at the bed..

very satisfied. hotel is close to everything availability of transportation, excellent services

My wife and I were in NOLA for the National TAP Conference. We had a room on the 14th floor over looking the city of New Orleans. Our room was very clean with a comfortable queen size bed. There was a refrigerator that kept our milk cold. There was an iron I used to refreshen my dress clothes for the conference. The staff was very friendly and polite. Checkin and checkout was short and sweet. The hotel is located near the center of main attractions in New Orleans. Next trip I take to NOLA I will stay at the Riverside. I would recommend the Riverside to all couples and families.

If you stay in lower floors under 10, you may wake up by train noises. I stayed in the 24th floor king bed room with river view for a week, and the room was comfortable and nice though the room was very small. The bathroom was ridiculously small. But guests staying at Hilton were quiet and the view was wonderful.

Walking distance to everything New Orleans has to offer. Friendly staff. Trolley right outside the door
