There was a train that passed a couple of times day & night, so loud it was ridiculous, we won't stay there in the future.

Will be staying here on my next trip. It's location is very convenient, you can walk to Bourbon the French Quarters, etc..

Had to have keys reactivated 4 times, breakfast buffet cost $27 and fire on our floor and we had to walk down 13 flights of stairs when they only evacuated 13 and 14th floor. We could have taken elevator down at 12! We are in our 60's with leg problems!

I had a great stay. Came in town for the Jazz Festival.

This is just a typical convention hotel nothing more or less .

Walls are super thin you can hear someone’s entire conversation word for word. It especially helps when a group checks in next to you late at night and keeps you up all evening. Hotel was way overpriced for the condition of the room. Rooms should be renovated.

Loved the staff and the hotel. Check was a nightmare. Understaffed. The people working were great but not enough of ghem

The view from our riverview room was fantastic, as was the nearness to the River Walk. However, the staff was curt and sometimes rude, especially on the phone--although the bell captain's staff was excellent, and the chamberperson as well. Insufficient dining opportunities -- other than the Starbucks stand, there was no place to get a quick, casual lunch, with Le Croissant closing down at 11am (not pm!). The one nice place was the Public Belt, but it didn't open until 4pm. The room decor was drab, the plumbing facilities outdated, the bathroom especially inadequate. There was a small fridge, but it was not stocked. The towels were small and thin, not large and fluffy which is the least one should expect for a fairly pricey hotel.

The hotel was close to everything. Loved the view of the Mississippi!

While the hotel is close to many attractions near the French Quarter, it is very dated. I was surprised to see the poor quality of the bedding, flooring, and other fixtures, which were similar to that of a Motel 6. This Hilton hotel could use a touch-up, to say the least. However, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Good, great, really good, really really good, really really really really really good

We arrived early and they were very accommodating getting us into our room early. Danial at the front desk was the best!

The hotel was very pleasant. The staff was great and the location was excellent for all activities. Great shopping in the River walk Mall. The trolley's by the hotel made everything so convenient. The restaurant in the hotel named Drago's is a must for the char grilled oysters. The only thing my wife said was wrong was the beds were a little firm. Great experience and I can't wait to visit again. Wish I had more time there.

Great location. Annoyed though that WiFi in the room costs extra per day.

There were really nice restaurants and bars in the hotel. The staff was very attentive and worked hard to fulfill all needs.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a little tight but the bed was very comfortable and the view of the Mississippi River was spectacular!

It was good. Huge hotel.nice gym but not complimentary.

Enjoyed our stay. The trolley that goes to the French quarter is right next to the hotel. The river walk outlets connect to the hotel and the cruise line terminal is in the outlets so you can walk from hotel to terminal. The only negative is that everyday early in the morning I was awaken by the loud blaring of a train horn. That was annoying. Their restaurant Dragos is very good with reasonable prices.

Room was ok. A little small especially the bathroom. Bed was nothing to right home about. View from our room terrible. AC made a noise at night that was annoying.

Nice location and very enjoyable stay. I loved walking along the River Walk.
