Nice parking garage. Could walk downtown from hotel in minutes.

I stayed 3 night in May, 2017. There is construction going on near by outlet and the train station is right going through the hotel. A lot of group, old people are drucken and very noise when the train is passing by. The room needs to be updated, very yukky tobaco smell in the room. not clean at all. Don't go there, I paid $250/night (very small studio), you may get better hotel around canal st. You may get better room at Harrah's casino hotel!!!

Very nice staff , fast check in and check out. Good location . But the picture on our room wall is kind of creepy. It's a face of a woman staring at the bed..

very satisfied. hotel is close to everything availability of transportation, excellent services

My wife and I were in NOLA for the National TAP Conference. We had a room on the 14th floor over looking the city of New Orleans. Our room was very clean with a comfortable queen size bed. There was a refrigerator that kept our milk cold. There was an iron I used to refreshen my dress clothes for the conference. The staff was very friendly and polite. Checkin and checkout was short and sweet. The hotel is located near the center of main attractions in New Orleans. Next trip I take to NOLA I will stay at the Riverside. I would recommend the Riverside to all couples and families.

If you stay in lower floors under 10, you may wake up by train noises. I stayed in the 24th floor king bed room with river view for a week, and the room was comfortable and nice though the room was very small. The bathroom was ridiculously small. But guests staying at Hilton were quiet and the view was wonderful.

Walking distance to everything New Orleans has to offer. Friendly staff. Trolley right outside the door

In town for some holiday shopping & visiting!! Perfect location!!

We stayed for 2 nights, and 1st time in New Orleans, so the location was great . Casino was right next door, and right at end of Canal street which is a great strip with shops aquarium and Riverwalk, and Bourbon street is not bad of a walk because there is lots to see. Also a mini Mall in the hotel which was great, had regular "mall prices" , which is great so you don't have to drive incase u forgot something. now the CONs parking was $40 each day which I though was expensive. And the whole Hotel needs a MAJOR UPGRADE, outdated décor and carpets, our room had a broken mirror.Towels are scratchy, Beds were very firm. and worst of all, we stepped on Toenail clippings from previous guests. gross!!! Staff workers look upset or mad, not friendly. So I didn't even try to ask a thing.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was very understanding when I needed them to wait.

nice size room. gave us a great view. casino across the street. streetcar stop outside door of hotel

Beautiful view. Clean room. Quiet. Friendly staff.

Great hotel with great accommodations very easy to get to places like Harris and river walk

Staff was very accomodating, hotel seemed clean, very impressive piece of real estate, located in a very convenient spot

My husband and I were in town for the Pelicans vs Cavaliers game and to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time and the hotel was perfect! The bartender overheard that it was my birthday and brought us a complimentary brownie and ice cream...it was fabulous! Loved the Christmas decorations and the music playing throughout the lobby!

Great hotel Good location. Within walking/trolly distance to all atraction ( french q, Harra's casino, pier, malls, galleries, Canal St...) Wonderful service and staff Avoid the gift shop, get everything you need including water somewhere else Clean, easy to get by, helpful staff and great breakfast

I went to visit a friend and I was blown away by the convenience of staying at the Hilton Riverside. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was excellent and I have found my home away from home. I will be staying there again very soon.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the past year. We came down for a football game and the location of the hotel in relation to the stadium and the French Quarter was perfect for our needs. Our hotel room was large, clean and met our needs. Despite how busyou the lobby restaurant and bar were, we never heard any outside noise in our room. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and always accomodating. We will never stay in another hotel in New Orleans.

My family & I spend the week of Thanksgiving in New Orleans. First of all, off street parking is available right next to the hotel. If you've ever had to find a parking spot in the city then you know hoe great this is. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the Riverwalk, Aquarium, Insectarium and the French Quarter. If you want to venture a little further out, public transportation is just steps away or the hotel will call a cab for you. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. For those mornings when it's a little harder to get going than usual, there is a Starbucks in the hotel.

Is a great hotel with an outstanding view of the river. The staff was very helpful and had great suggestions of things to do.
