Great location, 44 dollar a night parking seems a bit high, feels like you get nickled and dimed to death.

1. My toilet did not have enough power to flush. I reported it to the lady in charge of the cleaning crew. I don’t think no one ever checked it and if the did they didn’t leave a note. I had to flush and wait to make sure it didn’t overflow as it took minutes for the water go back to normal level. 2. I waited most of the day to have my room cleaned on Friday but they never came to clean my room. And of course with me checking out on Saturday around noon, they would have only come to clean as I checked out. A bit disappointed to be a top hotel and the money I paid to stay there. 3. Shocked as I went to pick up a piece of paper I thought I dropped under the fridge cabinet to have it stick to my hand!! It was the sticky paper to catch bugs and rats I guess!! Really grossed me out. I was ready to go!

The front desk person wasn’t friendly at all. Didn’t explain much with short answers when I asked questions. Snabby attitude.

Location by the river is unique feature. Updating the rooms and bathrooms

I liked to location . It was close to Mardi Gras parade and French Quarter I liked the rooms came with a mini refrigerator and security safe

We liked that the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was connected to the mall.

The hotel is pretty old inside and outside and needs updates. I stayed in many Hilton Hotels, but this hotel is below par among Hilton. It also has some positive sides though. There are several bars and restaurants in the hotel. Also a variety of fitness and business facilities are available. The Cruise harbor and an RTA station is close to the hotel.

The view of the Mississippi River and no noise highlighted the stay!!

It took longer to get to the bourbon street happenings than I anticipated, but was a lovely hotel and affordable. Having the mall (with beignets) close was nice, and close to transit.

I love visiting New Orleans one of my favorite places.

Third time staying at this location. It is the safest and has the greatest access to amenities and shopping and the trolley system. Internet is only accessible to Hilton Honors members (free to join) so join before going otherwise you will pay $12.95/day for access. It’s a massive hotel, connected to the riverfront shopping and across from Harrah’s casino. You can’t go wrong staying here.
