The room was clean and decorated nice. Called for towels then waited 4 hours. Called back to the front desk and the response was well I wasn’t the one that took your call. I just wanted towels I didn’t care who took the call. Upon returning home I saw that my credit card was charged a fee. I called multiple times after the 11th try I finally got ahold of someone to be told I was charged an amenity fee. I said what does that mean? They said it was for their concierge, gym and other hotel amenities that we never used. The hotel barely had anything available as they were renovating so I found this ridiculous. It definitely has potential but they have a lot to work out.

Great location. Although all of the bars and restaurants within hotel were closed during our stay, along with the rooftop lounge, we thought the location was very ideal. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The staff were all nice. I just wish they had a dining option open especially since they charge you $12 for “amenity fees”. It was fairly noisy from both a street and other guests stand point. The bed was decent but my god the pillows were like sleeping on cardboard, no support at all. The room and common areas appeared clean and while we didn’t need it there did appear to be various parking options available. I’m not sure I’d stay here again unless they finally open a dining option as there are many other hotels in the area as well.
