The location in the city and the Monkey Board Bar on the roof.

Property was a little "run down". Lights out on entrance to the room. Toilet had a leak. No "On Demand" movies.

The location is great, if you don't want the noise of the French Quarter. The upstairs bar was nice, front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The room was small, and not as neat or updated as I thought it would be for a newer hotel. One night the roof top bar was closed for a private party which is totally fine, but there were no signs when we got off the elevator, one of the women who worked for the hotel, I guess organizing the event, was rude and rolled her eyes and said there should have been signs in the lobby, which we explained we didn't see as we came from our room. Her tone was very off putting and unwelcoming. Another gentlemen from the hotel stepping in and invited us to come and enjoy the bar later in the evening after the event, appropriate and professional response.

The rooms were very nice, rooftop bar was a great place to visit at sunset! However the first night we arrived they told us they had oversold our room even though we had the reservation book for almost three months. They did accommodate us at a nice hotel down the street and got us our room back for the rest of our stay.

Staff was really nice, friendly, and proffesional. Our room (junior suite) was really nice with an awesome view!.Great stay and will definetly be staying again when in town

Carl the concierge was great. A front desk attendant wouldn’t give my wife a free bottle of water-not so great.

Very nice, clean room with a Keurig machine. Excellent roof-top bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an excellent stay at the Troubadour!

Great location. Attentive staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Very comfortable room. Everything I wanted in a hotel!

Modern, clean. Super friendly staff. Good location. Far enough from the French Quarter to be quiet but walking distance to everything we wanted so see, do or eat.

Monkey Board on the rooftop was comfortable & relaxing. Staff always friendly and accommodating.

Excellent housekeeping staff and very friendly! Rooms were clean!

Love that place, it was the best experience i ever had

The rooms are very small. I would only recommend for someone going solo.....not big enough for two people and two suitcases.

Modern decor. Nice shared spaces. A lot of staff in training so room service a little spotty- coffee pods, water, toels, etc. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel close to the French Quarter. The rooms are new and clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel has no public ice machine nor does it have vending, and trust me the rude night desk worker will let you know in a heartbeat that you need to walk 3 blocks down the street for a coke at midnight. The rest of the staff was lovely, especially the valet who informed me that there were drinks in our mini bar that were available for us. Kind of ridiculous...so if you stay take your own drinks prior to midnight!

Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was fabulous. Lots of places nearby for sightseeing and eating. Hotel in general made us feel right at home. Thanks Troubadour, we enjoyed staying with you!

It’s was ok. Nothing really stood out, it was pretty normal.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

My overall experience was pleasurable. The hotel has a great location a short walk to all the destinations that I wanted to visit. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower. The room was of average size but it was quiet. There were no disruptions or noise from within or outside the hotel. The only complaint I have is on our last day there was no hot water. This was not acceptable.

The hotel is new and in good condition. We were on the 16th floor and there was a constant clanging going on for all three night we were there that came from the area near the elevators but could be heard in the room. The rooms are relatively small but nice. The hotel bar was closed most of the time we were there because of weather and despite being in New Orleans no music or activities were ever taking place at the indoor bar/lounge to make up for the rooftop bar being closed. even on Super bowl Sunday nothing seemed to be scheduled despite the hotel being relatively full. The location, is good you are relatively close walk to the French Quarter and Garden District. As a Hilton Gold member we were given breakfast vouchers that said we were entitled to one entrée and a drink but at the restaurant we were told we could only have the buffet. It was OK for being free but nothing special. Most of the staff was quite nice and helpful. The desk staff at check in seemed very disorganized and not fully trained as they tried to charge me for my stay despite the fact I had prepaid. Another staff member came over from the back and ended up and straightening things out.
