Well, first off, neither of the plugs.Next to the bed worked. So I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn't work. Then at twelve fifteen am, the fire alarm went off. Had to walk down nine flights of stairs, okay I get that. But an hour and a half after the fire alarm was cleared, still no elevator service. Staff said they had no idea when they wiuld be working. I had to walk back up nine flights of stairs. I am an asthmatic, I had 2 young men ask me if i needed medical attention at the top of stairway number 5. I will say guest staff were very nice. The room was clean and nice enough, but definitely needs some upgrades/work. All in all it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone, nor book again.
