Its lovely hotel. The room was have a theme. I love the walk in shower.

Easy to walk to many locations. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. No complimentary coffee or breakfast available. And, they messed up my reservation the first night, which I felt should have been compensated more, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great location and staff.

No clean

Very nice staff and a clean comfortable room

The Hilton app check in did not work so we had to wait in long line then be told there were technical difficulties with the digital key. There was no ice on any floor except at the front desk. There were no drink machines on any floor and the restaurant/cafe and bar never opened. Coffee maker with no cups but thanks for the lids.

The property is beautiful and the staff was more than wonderful. It appears there is construction happening in the area so the surrounding area isn't as beautiful as I would have liked. Oh and the roof top there ( monkey board) has the most beautiful view of the sunset . Make reservations on open table in advance.

I like the view and the art. Richard as well as all other staff we encountered were polite and very friendly. I will stay here again.

Everything

The check in process. All due to corona measures. Completely useless and an inconvenience. Small rooms with only slightly more character than a holiday inn. I expect better out of boutique hotels in New Orleans.

The rooftop bar was awesome. The room was smaller but comfy, no fan in the bathroom though. Huge nice shower was a plus. Not having a microwave was a minus, walls are a little thin as well. We didn’t eat but only a hummus platter at the restaurant Jayne on site, it was meh. But overall a solid room and stay.

Roof top was a beautiful view location is walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful . The hotel room aren’t that clean , there is no room service. It’s just a place to sleep you wouldn’t want to stay there for anything else.

To be honest, I thought everything about the property was even better than I anticipated. The staff was efficient, effective, knowledgeable, generous, and kind. Furthermore, the room was impeccable and fit my needs perfectly! I would genuinely like to thank you for providing an exceptional value for the price. In fact, even the location was absolutely perfect where it was just close enough to everything.

Staff was fabulous and extremely helpful. Had great suggestions for restaurant options in the area.

I thought this property was pretty nice but not heavily populated. However it’s very close to the French Quarter and Superdome.

We loved the property overall, walking distance to everything. Rooftop bar was nice, great views. Restaurant food was delicious, staff very polite, courteous and helpful. The only thing lacking was a pool.
